When I first signed up I enjoyed working out here and had a pleasant experience. Good atmosphere, clean equipment for the most part, and friendly staff. Later though when I was unable to make it in any longer due to scheduling conflicts I called to cancel and was given an e-mail address that I could cancel through. After sending the e-mail I was told that I would have to come into the store personally to cancel said membership. This was when Covid restrictions were in place and that was not an option which I explained in the follow up e-mail and received no reply. After numerous attempts to re-connect through the original e-mail address, I called the store to cancel over the phone as I was unable to make it in. Keep in mind I had been trying for months to cancel and was continuing to be charged. I was told that I had only two options, somehow make it in to the original location I started at, or send a certified letter for cancelation. This is the most frustrating experience I've had in a long time and seems to be specifically set up to make it as difficult as possible to cancel your membership while still being charged. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!!!

I've traveled a lot and been to quite a few Planet Fitnesses across the country and this was easily one of the worst.Many of the equipment has pieces of the padding peeling away, 80% of the gym is cardio equipment which is fairly normal for planet fitness but the annoying part is they don't seem to need half of the treadmills they have and it would be great if those were replaced by more stair masters and some mats areas for stretching and body weight exercises.The place smells strongly of urine, perhaps it's a cleaning solution they're using but it is rough and pungent. It's nearly impossible to get access to their measly benches or smith machines even during off hours.The staff is nice so I'm giving two Stars but PF corporate or a gym manager could do with investing some money in cleaning up this gym. My company has a new program that lets me access alternative gyms during my travels. the condition of this PF has been an inspiration to me deciding to cancel my Planet Fitness account.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! Double charge, overdrawing accts, rude on the phone!!! My 18 yr old daughter was treated HORRIBLY!!! A female named Rue has absolutely no customer service skills and apparently does not know that planet fitness sends letters when your memberships are canceled. She instead, thinks its good customer service to call my daughter a LIAR and not deal with all the charges that SHOULD NOT have been charged! We are going to handle it at the fraud department of our credit union instead. Maybe planet fitness should hire women who do not call customers LIARS and actually help resolve the issue! I would like to say there is a man that works there who was way more helpful and honest. Unfortunately, this still did not get the resolution I had hoped for. Attempting to ruin someone’s credit is NOT OK! I met someone else who was actually put in collection for canceling their membership during the pandemic! Apparently they feel they should still be paid even though NO ONE was allowed to work out!!! Smh…..so BEWARE, read the fine print, and watch your bank statements. Tbh theres more, but I’m unsure how many words we are allowed!

I have been going here for awhile and recently had broken my leg back in January. And because of financial issues I went to cancel my membership because I’m not able to afford it. I went in three days before my my next billing date and was told I was still going to have to pay for my next billing fee. After they told me I had to come in 7 days before my billing date to avoid being charged I went straight to the bank and closed my account. I couldn’t afford it and did not want my account going into the negative I’m back at work and won’t be getting paid for a few weeks. If you notice they make you give them your account and routing number I advise not using planet fitness for this reason.

I don’t usually hop on and post reviews but with this place.. The customer service isn’t the best. You can kind of tell all of the front desk reps don’t want to be there at all. No hate towards them, these years have taken alot out of people. but does make it awkward when you are asking questions or needing to buy things like locks, or eyeware for the tanning booths. My lock that I had bought several minutes prior actually didn’t work at first and needed to be cut off and replaced, and sometimes the place isn’t very clean. But it is a cheap gym, and gets the workout done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The last 4 times I have came to the gym the women's bathroom is absolutely disgusting from the garbage being full of feminine waste, to the toilets stinking like they haven't been cleaned. The smell is so bad everytime I come to this planet fitness. People don't wipe down the machine. Today I seen two of the workers on the cart riding it like a toy! Super unprofessional if they can play at work why can't they clean the women's bathroom. Pretty ridiculous I will be canceling my membership - they are making me go to my home planet fitness which I think is absolutely ridiculous as well. Honestly planet fitness sucks! Super unprofessional business!

One of the nastiest gyms I've ever been to. I saw a staff member walk by 2 full garbage cans at least 3 times and she didn't even empty them. I saw the same one "vacuum" but coming back the next day it looked like nothing was even touched. The corners of the walls and under equipment need it badly. Bathrooms are typically dirty as well. Both urinals are now not working.

Dusty all over the place. Equipment and floor dirty. Fans are rarely turned on. Bathrooms are extremely dirty and smell heavily of urine. It's so bad the smell is now at the front door. I walked in last night and immediately was hit by the heavy smell of urine. The employees mostly lean against the counter and one of them does so while sucking their thumb. I never see them cleaning anything. They just stand behind the counter. Owner needs to replace these lazy employees. If you don't believe me, install a camera and see for yourself. They rarely do anything. This planet fitness is disgusting and I'm leaving for MUV or YMCA because i know for a fact they keep their facilities clean. Also a lot of the equipment NEEDS to be serviced or replaced BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT. Does the owner care about this? Doesn't seem so. Planet Fitness is an embarrassment to the gym world. So frustrated.

There was a typo with my bank account number when I signed up which resulted in my monthly dues not going through and being sent to my credit card on file instead. Because of this typo, I got charged a $15 late fee in addition to my monthly dues. I immediately approached the front desk who told me they fixed it and left a note in my account so it wouldn't happen again. The same thing then happened the following two months before I caught it. I immediately called and was told I had to come in. I spoke with the manager Claudia who ensured me I would be receiving a full refund on all of the late fees and to wait 7-14 business days for it to go through. I waited and nothing happened. I called her again and she said she would fix it. I waited another 2 weeks, no refund. So I called again and was told Claudia would call me back. She hasn't. I'm beyond frustrated with this gym and the management at this point. Seriously thinking about cancelling but, I'm afraid of what kind of mess that will be. I wish I would have never joined in the 1st place!

Great service. The staff leaves you alone while working out and greet you when you come in. They say it's a "No Judgement Zone" and I feel that's true. The gym is never overly crowded, (at least when I go after 7:30pm or in the afternoon). There is a lot of equipment and the perks are nice. Great hours at an affordable price. Very happy with this gym!
