You get what you pay for. It's cheap and their hours are convenient, but equipment is run down and never updated. The drinking fountain has been broken for well over a month, not to mention the filter being bad on the bottle filler. Overhead fans above the cardio areas do not work, one of the urinals has been broken for as long as I can remember. For $13/mo, what can you really expect though?Edit (after owner response): How about you contact the managers at this location? It's not my job to be your quality control, nor is it my responsibility to keep track of your employees' schedules.

I've been using this gym for the last 3 months and I've never experienced an issue with cleanliness, and the staff are always kind. It does get a bit busy and at prime times. It can be hard to get a bench at the weight lifting area, but that's the only small complaint I'd have.

Great gym for the price. Great staff, very clean, very safe and inviting. Perfect for beginners and moderate weight training. Not so great for serious weight training. Limited free weights, only Smith racks no bench press or squat racks. Very busy during peak hours.

I signed up at the gym, but cancelled 5 minutes later because they did not have any free weights for bench press. I did not even get 1 work out in, but they charged me $50 for the signup fee. I called to ask to speak to the manager, and the employee said she would leave a message. I never heard back. I felt robbed.Update: The manager Louie called me back a couple weeks after my original call and took care of the situation. He was pleasant and understood my situation, and apologized for the original message getting lost. Thank you Louie.

Is it cheap with convenient hours? Yes.Is it clean? Not even a little. This place needs some MAJOR cleaning attention, but for the price it's what you expect and hard to beat.

Great and friendly staff 24/7! They also have a wide variety of really good weight and cardio equipment as well as super relaxing pre/post-workout equipment in the back. The full body enhancement specifically helped with damaged nerves in my hand and arm as well as cleared up my skin, and it felt great!

Staff is very friendly but not the cleanest place. Wish management would have staff clean and sweep more

The Planet Fitness in downtown Spokane needs a good cleaning in the women's restroom for one. The machines are run down and need upgrades. The staff is excellent 👍 …

Its very clean and VERY purple lol. 💜As it's winter I can't really count on my ability to go for walks outside around the block. I sprain my ankle 3 out of 4 winters lol. So I got this membership as a way to ensure I stay active this winter and don't just spend all the season packing on weight. I've got enough already!Walking in the front desk agents are super nice and friendly yet it's not mandatory to talk to them which is nice. My last gym was MUV fitness and it's hard not to get talked to by someone literally every time (trying to sell PT sessions or whatever they have going on that day which is nice if your a social person) and I'm an introvert so I'm not a fan of talking to rando's when I'm trying to just do my own thing. They have a ton of treadmills and the pedaling stations, a few sets of stairmasters, a large section of weight lifting, an express workout station, a massage area that I haven't explored, and lastly two sets of super nice locker rooms equipped with a shower station and all you might need at the gym.Honestly I like it. No judgement zone they say, and it's believable because your left to your own devices. If you want a gym with limited interaction and lots to do on your own then this is the place. I'm glad I found this gym. It suits my 'do it yourself' style.

Staff is very friendly and the equipment is very well maintained and clean! I can't get over the value of membership compared to other gyms I've been to. There is the draw back of not having a sauna, pool, basketball court etc. But for a basic gym it's a pretty good deal
