Such a welcoming environment to practice yoga. The instructors, members, and community are the best. I always look forward to getting on my mat here, and always feel physically and mentally refreshed afterwards. No judgements, no pressure, love this place and all it has to offer.

Clean and welcoming studio. Instructors are kind, flexible, and encourage you improve your practice wherever you are (beginner, pro, and everyone in the middle). I enjoy their regular classes because you can reserve a spot ahead of time, which ensures I can participate even if I'm running a minute late (versus showing up at the start of a class and not being able to attend because the class is full). They dole out chilled lavender towels at the end of the hot yoga classes, which are divine. Now I expect one of these everywhere I yoga. I also enjoy their special events, like the hip-hop and ice bath event July 2023. It's fun to add something different to my repertoire.

I always do tons of research before picking a place, & I’m very happy that Sunstate met all my expectations! Beautiful studio, perfect location, & Carrington & all the staff are so friendly & passionate about what they do. I would highly recommend Sunstate Yoga.This is also one of the only studios in the area that has the earliest AM classes for all the early birds out there!

Had my first yoga class today with Melissa. I truly enjoyed the calm and relaxed experience. Nice group of people. I will be back for sure.Update : Now I'm a member going 3/4 days a week and loving it so much! Everyone is welcome there. UPDATE : Feeling better than ever after almost a year of yoga with these beautiful and friendly people.

This is my favorite studio in St Pete but also just one of my favorite yoga studios in general. The owner, Carrington, is so knowledgable and teaches an AMAZING class but she also has such a passion and love for the community she has built you can really feel that when you step foot in the cute/cozy lobby. All of the teachers and staff are super kind, and the power hour vinyasa is the perfect blend of holding postures to build strength and flowing to get your heart rate up. 5+ stars!
