I have been doing yoga in St Pete for 10 years now and have never experienced a studio like this. The classes are tough but also doable for all levels and varying needs, and the instructors are so knowledgeable and so welcoming. This studio is what yoga is about!

Sunstate Yoga is AMAZING. I first tried this studio by using their discounted first month membership and haven’t looked back. The atmosphere is very welcoming and super clean. There are so many time options daily so it works with practically anyone’s schedule. The best part is the teachers and staff, there is not a class or teacher I have not liked. They are so helpful, encouraging, friendly, and just make you want to be there in that space. If you are visiting or live in the St. Pete area I highly recommend giving Sunstate a try!

After joining this studio in 2020, my entire life has changed for the better. Apart from the welcoming environment and the calming, yet cheerful aesthetics, the Baptiste-inspired power yoga classes offered here are one of a kind. I began as a casual yogi and in less than two months of regular attendance at SunState I became 4-inches smaller and lifetimes wiser. The benefits of yoga cannot be understated, but at SunState the journey into power also becomes the journey into total wellness. If you’re looking for a supportive community of energetic people, and a practice of physical and mental discipline with a meditative thread sewing it all together, this is absolutely the place for you.

My first time doing hot yoga and it was absolutely incredible!! I’m addicted now and I’ve never sweat so much in my life!! Ps if you have lower back pain this will help you, it feels wonderful!

Autumn's class this afternoon was amazing! I feel like my yoga practice leveled up! 10/10 would take class here again. She also does reiki so I'm going to have her heal my soul!!!!

Hands down the best yoga option in St. Pete. The classes give you a workout and a stretch at the same time and there are multiple options based on how hard you want to work. Additionally, the group here is extremely supportive and always willing to advise on proper practice. 15/10!!

AMAZING! Sunstate is a five star experience beginning to end! Great teachers, gentle but challenging practice, welcoming atmosphere - the aesthetic is on point! Can’t forget to mention how luxurious the chilled lavender towel is at the end of every class!

LOVE this place! SunState is the only solely hot yoga in town, and all the classes are fantastic. Carrington and her team are passionate about what they do, and it shows. SunState's schedule has something that works for everyone, and the instructors always have a smile and kind word!
