LOVE this place! SunState is the only solely hot yoga in town, and all the classes are fantastic. Carrington and her team are passionate about what they do, and it shows. SunState's schedule has something that works for everyone, and the instructors always have a smile and kind word!

I've been coming here for a few weeks now, and absolutely love the energy here. The team at Sunstate Yoga is wonderful, and does a great job navigating it's students through the practice. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to expand or start their journey in Yoga.

Carrington and her team are all absolutely wonderful and kind. The studio is very clean and welcoming. It doesn’t matter if you’re new and have never practiced yoga before - the team will always make anyone feel comfortable and at home. I definitely recommend SunState to anyone interested :)

I LOVE SunState Yoga! I had never done yoga before I came into SunState, and everyone there was so welcoming and encouraging. Now I go to their classes whenever I am in town. HIGHLY recommend for ALL levels! Beginners, do not be nervous to go to SunState :)

I had my first private yoga class today at SunState Yoga in St.Pete, and only my second Yoga class ever. I was a little nervous being a little older than the average student, but I was made to feel very welcomed and it was an overall enjoyable and encouraging experience. I did sweat! I did stretch! I feel great and can't wait for the next class! The owner is pleasant, courteous, and very professional - I've already scheduled my next class! I'm giving SunState Yoga 5 stars 🌟

Love this Yoga studio! All of the teachers are so friendly and helpful. The design and vibe of the studio is positive and relaxing. Available parking and the location is great. I’ve loved taking Jessie’s 8:00 pm hot yoga class on Thursday’s — perfect way to end the day. Looking forward to taking many more classes here in the future!
