Walking into SunState yoga feels like walking into my childhood home - filled with friends, warmth (both figuratively and literally) and a calming presence. I feel like I am truly allowed to be myself here and even after one class, I know that this will be the place that encourages me to reach my full potential.

Great beginner’s workshop today. I’ve don’t yoga on and off for many years but learned how to get more out of many of the poses. Great instructors and welcoming environment!!!

I genuinely thank Carrington and staff for serving through Sunstate. Reprieve for my battered body is hard to come by, but my class this week broke through. I found the same grace and length as when I started my practice nine years ago. Thank you.Thank you for excusing my absences, and for welcoming me when tardy. I've only done yoga a few times so i'm a total amateur but everyone here makes you feel so welcome and non judgmental. I'm still doing the 30 day trial but going to buy a membership after. I love the fast pace flow that kicks my butt and jump starts my day. Really love the way my body and mind feels every time. Can't wait till my next class!

Love this place!! I have been searching for a yoga home for awhile now and was so excited when I found SunState. The space is so nice and inviting. It’s no fuss yoga, without the intimidation or pretense. Never thought I’d enjoy hot yoga, but I am a fan.
