Watched them call the police and ban someone who was giving away free electrolytes to people in need, outside of the gym. Shame on them, the manager was so rude to him and others inside the Gym, taking bad about and making fun of customers to co-workers and other customers. Truly a sad thing to experience. Cancelled my membership after I witnessed that, shame on them.

I absolutely LOVE this location. It’s very clean, not too crowded, friendly staff but there are always some exceptions. Number One!! The handicap shower NEVER has soap in it, it’s always dirty with hair and empty bottles in it, I mean if your handicap and can make it to the shower Frickin clean up your empty bottles at least, Staff need to be informed something is broke or malfunctioning in this stall if there is yellow tape around or near it. I have lower back/mobility issues but I still manage to make it to the gym. While there, I expect a clean, operable, full functioning stall to use.Secondly, The floor of the swimming pool looks gross!! I’m afraid to take a dip in the pool here.

Terrible customer service. Restrooms always dirty, employees always on their phone.

It's a shame that a gym of all businesses would waste the time of authorities to remove someone who is promoting good health from the property, while they are in no way interfering with their business.

Extremely jam packed. Feels too congested. Half of the cardio machines don’t work. Sanitary stations on the second floor were mostly empty.

Love 24 HR Fitness as a company but it’s ridiculous that your location & ownership are calling the cops on Santa Cruz Medicinals for giving away free electrolytes. Stop wasting their resources and time. You don’t call the cops on something that trivial, it’s not a normal human thing to do.

Donot bother to come here try out!I have applied 3 day free trial pass on line successfully. However,The front desk rejected me to try when I arrived at this store. They say they have policy for serving Cupertino neighbor area, but my address is at San Jose.If it is your policy, you should state in your website that this store serve for Cupertino only. System should block my applying free trial. Once system approve, you should honor it.Please operate your business in a transparent way.

It’s been a down hill battle with this location. It is messy often and can be quite disgusting sometimes. Bikes are fully broken. Equipment constantly having issues. Although it can feel like a high traffic location, it doesn’t seem to be treated as such. I frequent less and less although it’s convenient because it’s often not worth it.

Lately in this gym there have been thefts of the users' belongings and they do not give an answer or help they stole my bag with my phone the unique keys of my vehicle among other things in a locker with a padlock they forced a report and did nothing and so on like myself also others these days bad service in this regard
