Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I take my daughter to the British swim school and love the swim school but the fitness terrible staff never greet folks and give dirty looks.

Be careful,This IS NOT A SAFE LOCATION! The thieves here Frequently broken the locks and Stolen your belongings from lockers and the people in the front desk at night don't want to help or call to the police. Staff are very inefficient, irresponsible and lazy, they spent too much time talking with coworkers rather in helping customers, they are is very unkind because they ignore you and don't want call to the police to make the stolen report if you need it, my family call the police for me and the police tried to call them and they never answered the police call. They don't take care or trying of helping you, they need to be more empathetic with people and don't laugh during a customer bad situation (that's rude). If they know about the frequent robbery situations here, they have even stolen keys to take your car. The owner should increase security or try to modify something to reduce robberies in to the lockers area, this is no longer a trustworthy location. But definitely they need trained staff at night in the front desk because the actual is so irresponsible and rude!

As we know some guys are always there ruining a place. Fat guy from reception. I just came from my country, so state Ids are yet to be made. Despite having trial pass from their website, fat guy didnt allow me saying guest pass is for local people. Then he sold me 15$ guest pass saying it doesnt require any ID. He is behaving like owner, making his own rules. Gym is good, but now I am skeptical to join or not.

Very rude the so called manager. Doesn’t know how to treat a client at all. Declined buddy pass blaming on a glitch with the app. My plan is platinum and it show a buddy pass but he claims that it not valid.

It’s newer than the one I usually go to. A bit crowded on Saturday morning. Shower is nice. Restroom is a bit chaotic.

Professional front desk staff, well-cleaned facilities, a healthy selection of weight machines, and a big well-maintained pool. They did the pandemic adaption just right overall.Advice to people going here: bring a lock. And consider properly prepare to use the sauna; people with shoes have been in there often

It’s incredibleeeeee, pay full price for a whole year and still they keep charging me a certain amount on my card but I can’t use some spaces cause private or for employee .. when there offering you the different membership they offer access to all machines , but an empty space with dumbbells you can’t used cause it’s private or just for employee 🤯

Newer, cleaner, bigger than 105 Fremont. Swimming is unscheduled. Sometimes 2 people per lane. Showers are nicer. But parking lot entrance is tricky.

The manager is racist. After I showed my foreign passport ID he refused to give the 3 days free pass as stated on the website and in the email. I asked why then he said “because this is determined by the manager and I am one of the managers here!”. I will report and escalate this until someone gives me a reasonable explanation
