I've belonged to 24 hour fitness for years. Overall, it's a decent place to workout. The staff are friendly, and it's nice to have the towel service. The classes are pretty good, but like the rest of the gym can be pretty crowded.

One of the nicest fitness facilities in the area with towel service. Tyler, fitness trainer, was super helpful and knowledgeable about anatomy, and able to tweak and troubleshoot in order for me to make the most of my time and avoid injury. This gym would be a 5 star if the floor in the locker rooms weren't a sopping wet safety hazard in the mornings. Avoid high traffic times, parking is limited then.

Unfortunately I no longer live near Sunnyvale to go to that specific location, but overall the staff is beyond friendly, the machines are always clean as you expect, the sauna and steam room are very well-kept and so are the locker rooms. Their personal trainers are always walking around and are very open to assisting you if you have any questions or need help with anything at all. I don’t think there has been a single time in the past three years that I haven’t been able to get a towel nor have I had anything be an inconvenience. There are a plethora of televisions all around and the music choice is always upbeat, so even if you left your headphones at home do you still have a nice option. To be honest, I have not one, but two 24 hour fitnesses that’re closer to my home but I choose to do the extra drive because it’s worth it.

Excellent facility, everything is up to date, clean and nice. Only problem is that it’s pretty much always packed. I’ve gone at different times in the day and it always feels crowded. If you swim, there’s a strong chance you’ll be queued up waiting for a lane to open. There are a lot of cardio machines upstairs though so usually not a problem getting an elliptical or whatever.

This gym is NOT SAFE. There is a thief here and based on some other reviews I see, 24 hour fitness is doing nothing to solve the problem.I have only been a member in the gym for less than a year and I already regret going to this gym and even joining 24 hour fitness. Just a few weekends back, either a MEMBER or EMPLOYEE forced my lock open in the locker room and stole my bag. Someone stole my wallet and in it the credit cards, debit cards, insurance card, and cash as well. The thief also got my apartment keys and car keys.. They have CCTV footage of people in the hallways going in and out of the gym but no investigation is being done at all. When you lose your belongings here because there is a MEMBER or EMPLOYEE stealing in the locker room, they will not be of any help at all.What's worse is that they influenced me when I was thinking of joining to enroll in the 1 year contract. Now I'm stuck in this UNSAFE gym and I can't have any peace of mind knowing that there's a thief in this gym! 24 hour fitness won't let me cancel my membership without paying the penalty early termination fee. I just want my membership to end as soon as possible so I can leave and not come back at any of these 24 hour fitness gyms.The sales team will only tell you about the pros of this gym so let me share with you some cons which you will never hear them say. This gym is a lot of times too full. Expect a lot of waiting time between your workouts. Several exercise machines are not being maintained at all. Some have been shaky and not locked in place that well for a while now and there's no sign of them working on fixing them. The restrooms are filthy and smelly especially during the evening. The staff are often just huddled in the front desk like nothing needs to be done. They're really only there to entertain people buying something or getting new people to join.If you still want to risk it and go to this unsafe gym with thieves, go ahead. I'm sharing these here to share my experience to warn others since this gym won't be much of help once they get your money.

Can someone please tell me how anyone is supposed to know this is a super sport? It says 24 hour fitness on the front door, billboard, and google maps. I show up and they say I cannot work out here like I’m some kind of peasant. I just happen to be working in the area and it was convenient. I have a membership to 24 hour fitness, but someone could come here on a guest pass and workout. They couldn’t even just let me workout once. I live nowhere near here... I dislike 24 hour fitness for these reasons. I will soon cancel my membership and join another club that is a little friendlier. I hope 24 hour goes out of business and becomes LA fitness. LA doesn’t discriminate people like 24 hour fitness does.

Nice, clean and fully equipped gym though it's full on weekdays morning and evening hours and to have after workout shower you may have to wait for 15 mins. Loads of aerobic machines with different types which is great. And towel service is one big differentiator compared to other 24 hr gyms and other gyms in area.

Clean overall and positive atmosphere. Great equipment and I like the layout of the gym. Wish the protein/water/pre-workout section was more in "my face" to remind me I have options when I need an immediate booster or quick protein bar.

If you want to get a good deal and good customer experience with 24 hour fitness, please go to the 24 Hour Fitness Super Sport on Fremont Auto Mall or any other. I tried to get a membership with the one in Sunnyvale and they just made it difficult, had these extra charges added to the bill, and the staff there was really rude. I went to the Fremont Auto Mall one and they really seemed to care about the customer on saving money as well as making the process super easy.
