This is my main gym (it's the closest!) and I like its size and the fact that not everything is on the same floor. However, there is one issue that plagues this location: utter lack of maintenance. Machines are offline for months, and issues like wobbly handlebars are not fixed for years, if ever. This was the case even before the pandemic.I recently went to a different location in Santa Clara and it was night and day - the equipment was much newer and frankly a pleasure to use, plus the machines weren't quite so close together which I really appreciated.

Last year I would have written a 1 star review. But since the new manager has started it's now 5 stars. He's doing what it takes to get things back to a great gym like it used to be years ago. The ladies room, thanks to Claudia, is now so nice to walk into. It smells clean and she is doing her job with a smile on her face. Thanks to Robert and Claudia and all those working hard to make this gym a comeback!

They refuse to maintain the basketball courts and the roof has been leaking for 3 months and counting. Terrible look as many people go to this 24 for the basketball court

Despite it's limited mid size, it packs a lot of goodies.Pretty good equipment selection.Missing: GHD, Hack, PendulumI'd rather it Basic ++ not bad at all. Due to it's size and popularity (lack of competition nearby) it does get packed and fairly busy during peak hours.Cardio machines upstairs.

I was requested to cancel my 24 hours fitness membership as I have moved from that area and the manager at the Sunnyvale Saratoga location told me that you membership will be canceled in Feb 2023 but you can use until last day for year membership and you won't be charged next year. Today I see that I get charged for $366.66 on my card. I have been calling them more than 10 times but they keep hanging my calls and not answering or resolving the payment issue. If I am not using the club then why I am getting charged this is really frustrating when you have been told that member fee was one time payment but you charging for upcoming year even I am not longer member of the club. This is how you 24 hours fitness stealing money from non-club members ? and not answering calls and just disconnecting every time?

This Sunnyvale location has a great selection of workout machines and free weights. I also work out at the MountainView and San Jose locations and this gym and locker room is clean and well-maintained. One star less is due to the long time it takes when a machine breaks down to get it fixed. Also, this gym needs more kettlebells.
