RGTC is not only the best gym it is its coaches that teach, make you better . But the most important thing is s that they care about in and outside the gym. The community that has been created over the last 8 years is rare. I have have part of it for 4.5 years and it has made me a better athlete and person . Try it you will not regret

I can honestly say this gym changed my life. The owners, the clients, EVERYONE is amazing! The training regiment is adjustable to any fitness level. You will see amazing results if you put in the work, and you will truly make lifelong friends. I could not recommend this place more!!!

I love this gym. The coaches are amazing, always energized and ready to assist us in anything we need. The owners are such amazing people. They do such a great job at keeping everyone motivated and creating a sense of community and support. It feels like family!

Joined CrossFit RGTC a little under a year ago and it was the best decision I could have taken. The staff and the people are exceptional. They all work and motivate you to reach, and surpass, your fitness goals. I really enjoy the community that has been created by Jose and Nat at this gym. It really does feel like a second home. Grateful to be a part of this! Would recommend anyone, no matter what fitness level you are currently at, to give this gym a try!

I have been on and off crossfit for over 10 years. I have also tried all types of gyms. This gym is the most friendliest, easy going, fun, and knowledgeable gym I have attended. Grateful for them.

I have been attending CrossFit RGTC for just over a year. It is my home away from home. A place to work hard, have fun, improve my fitness and learn. The coaches are fantastic and truly care about you. They know when to push me and when to remind me to scale appropriately. I feel safe and supported as an athlete. Cannot recommend it highly enough. You won’t be disappointed!!

I have gone to the gym for 1+ week now and I have nothing but great things to say. I have been taken in and treated like family. Jose & Greg have been great. The members are helpful. Been a great experience thus far!
