Coach Jose really makes it a point that you are family when you walk in. I had to leave for work purposes but once I get situated I will definitely be back. They push you, they motivate you, and they the best. Thanks coach Jose and coach Rodrigo.

Dropped into this gym while traveling. Fun, yet challenging workout. The class was diverse (men, women, fit athletes, not-so-fit athletes, seniors). In addition, they were supporting the community by participating in a fund raiser for a local school. All members were friendly and encouraging and the coach was attentive and involved. Next time I'm in town, this will be my spot.If you are considering CrossFit, but are a little intimidated, this would be a great place to start.
