I started training CrossFit over a year ago and i love it! There are really no excuses why no one can do CrossFit. When I first started I couldn't run for more than a min and the idea of climbing a rope was unreal.The instructors are always there teaching you how to do the exercises properly so we don't get hurt, everyone is very nice and friendly.I feel so much stronger and healthier. Every time I walk into class i have fun,I look at the WOD on the board and think that there is no way i can finish, but i do. The feeling is addictive! It feels very good and my body definitely loves the results :)
