I walked in 4 years ago out of curiosity to experience what CrossFit was about and have been a member since. I was blown away by the welcoming community and the dedicated coaches. I felt safe from day 1, and the structured programming and knowledgeable guidance of their L1 and L2 CrossFit Trainers inspire everyone to focus on a healthy lifestyle physically and mentally inside and outside the gym. Classes are led by a Coach from warmup to cool down and form and technique take priority during teaching.Regardless of your current fitness level, this is the place for you... whether it's weight loss, putting on some muscle, getting active to improve your health, or you're looking for something to challenge your fitness... whatever your goals are you will find support, professional advise and a fun environment with great people at CrossFit RGTC.

This place is amazing! The coaches are knowledgeable, caring, friendly. The athletes are all so pleasant and fun. Everyone is like family here. I left because I moved but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I am in the area. Praises to Patty who took the time to educate and push me, Natalia/Jose for bringing me on and the other coaches who did online and face to face coaching during covid to keep us going while maintaining the upmost safety. The communication from day one was excellent. My 14 yr old son and I really enjoyed doing the classes together, it was so much fun seeing him grow and watching him be amazed when I could actually do something he didn’t think I could! Overall a great experience.

I drop in all over the country and I was super impressed with how clean, orderly, and organized this Crossfit RGTC was. The care of the owners was very apparent and the coach/owner was engaged and enthusiastic with everyone. Also, the sense of community amongst the members was one of the best I have seen with everyone having a good time with each other. I hope to get back here again in the future!

My husband and I have dropped into this Box before, but this trip was longer and we were able to do two week-long passes.Sometimes dropping in can be very intimidating, but that wasn’t the case here. The staff and members alike were very friendly!All the coaches were knowledgeable and personable. The facility is clean and a good location.Patty and Jose were especially helpful in getting us set up and making us feel comfortable!I would highly recommend making this your Box if you live in the area- or dropping in if you’re in S FL.

As i don´t live in Florida i took only 5 classes to try CrossFit for first time in my life and i have to say it was an amazing experience, thanks to RGTC guys. Jose is awesome and so professional. They always create a team atmosphere. i cant wait to come back at the end of the year to join them again, i fully recommended!! :)

One of the best boxes around! I travel 30min everyday... The community is like no other. The coaches are amazing and through these challenging times they have found a way to keep us moving while being safe. They host outdoor workouts and wiping down your equipment has become part of the WOD. Highly recommend!
