I had always been interested in the sport of Crossfit but like most people, extremely hesitant to try it for one reason or another. After much convincing from my best friend, I went to Crossfit RGTC to give it a try and immediately fell in love. From the members to the coaching staff, everyone immediately makes you feel like you're apart of the family. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or thinking about going to the Games next year, there is a place for everyone at RGTC. I felt welcomed and I felt comfortable and those are two rare things to find when going to any gym at all. Jose and Natalia are amazing owners and the entire coaching staff from JM to Rodrigo to Yanessa are there to help you every step of the way. Whether you are just looking to try Crossfit or you're coming from another box somewhere else, give Crossfit RGTC a chance and you'll never look back. I guarantee it.

Everyday I walk into RGTC, it does not feel like I'm walking into a gym, but rather a relatives house. The high fives, hugs, and greetings you get the moment you walk in makes Crossfit RGTC more than your average gym. The expertise of the coaches can help an athlete at any fitness level. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to make a change.

Best Crossfit Box in town. If you are looking to grow in physical and mental strength you need to look no further than RGTC. Jose and Natalia are two of the best coaches. They will make you feel empowered in your fitness journey whether your trying it for the first time are preparing for the next competition. I call this place Home away from Home. You will to!

The best place for Crossfit. The best coaches and facility, this has become not only a box but a family to me. The environment is awesome and a lot of activities to build great relationships with your fellow cross-fitters and coaches. Highly recommended!

its not a just a gym its a family that constantly motivates each other in order to reach a higher level of greatness previously thought unachievable . looks past the state of the art facility , look past the high number of class options a day , looks past the tailored made work outs , and instead look at what makes this gym different from the rest..The staff and coaches don't treat you like just another customer , but like a member of their family . RGTC isn't just a place to reach your fitness goals but its also a place that allows you to be a well rounded individual in all aspects of your life. This isn't just a gym , its a life changing experience. Greatness isn't a destination its an infinite road that is constantly pushing you to improve , and here at RGTC they will give you the tools and motivation to navigate it.

Great gym and amazing coaches. It honestly feels like a family, always helping eachother get better. The workouts are really fun!!! I specially like the team workouts. I have seen a lot of progress myself. As a girl with not a lot of gym experience, ive seen my body transform and i am looking forward to keep getting better. Totally recommend it, join RGTC you wont regret it!!!

I wish I would have known about RGTC sooner. I have been working out with them for almost 2 months and I have seen tremendous improvement. Also, the coaches are great. Not only they are good trainers but also good mentors. They are very willing to talk to the athletes about nutrition, fitness, life, you name it. I feel RGTC is not only a place were you will definitely get fit, but also a place you will make friends for life. If you want to try Crossfit, this is definitely the spot.

Crossfit RGTC is amazing. I have been coming here for about 1 1/2 years now. The coaches and the members of this box are motivating and encouraging. The workouts are fun and fulfilling. Get ready to work and you'll see results, I am in the best shape of my life!

I have been a member for about 1 year. I was reluctant to join Crossfit at first. But after the very first day, the coaches and other members made feel comfortable and welcome. The workouts are always challenging and fun. I have gotten stronger and healthier thanks to RGTC. The community spirit here at RGTC is the absolute best thing about this place. This place is awesome!
