Crossfit RGTC on Shotgun Road is an amazing place. It is not just a Crossfit gym/box. It is FAMILY. Jose the owner made me feel at home from the moment I entered the gym to register, until the day I had to leave due to employment relocation. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely qualified and experienced. They teach the classes with a passion and make you feel like you are the only athlete in the room, as they circulate during the workout and check up on your progress.I would highly recommend this box to anybody who is looking for a great workout and a place to call "home" when exercising.

I came for friend day, got hooked on coming for friend week, and officially I am now a member of this gym! Very friendly and family oriented! The coaches really have helped me with form and with talking about reaching my personal goals!

Very disappointed with their costumer service. My husband and I were very excited to start this week and had already talked to the person in charge about prices, he got out of the house to go to work with a bag with his gym clothes and a huge smile on his face. Later, he received an email with the portal to make the payment and instead of $205 they wanted $580, so he called because he thought it was a misunderstanding and they literally said "I know that there are some people like you that can't afford this luxury"... honestly, we are very surprised, we had talked to them multiple times about pricing and their excuse was that you cannot just go work out, you have to follow their diet, and buy their supplements!Would not recommend even talking to them because they will change it all on your first day!

Crossfit RGTC is a fun and welcoming community, filled with like-minded members. Everyone wants to improve in their own way and the members help each other to achieve their goals anyway they can. RGTC is the gold standard for what a welcoming environment that encourages self-improvement should be like.
