I really like the gym. It's new, lots of things to do. But it's really busy. I also have trouble finding classes during times I'm available that aren't full. You have to make an appointment to get in them.

It was my first time working out at EOS and I enjoyed the many options they had to choose from along with the great atmosphere. As I finished my workout, I headed to the sauna. I thought it would be a good idea to put my phone on top of the locker until I got out of the sauna. However, the top part of the locker in the corner has no base and my phone fell behind the locker. I reached under the locker to grab my phone, however, there was a base underneath that made it impossible for your arm to grab the phone. Therefore, I told someone from the front desk what happened, which was embarrassing at the same time. However, the EOS team member was very understanding and friendly about the situation. The gentleman told me to wait in the locker room as he got another EOS team member named Scott to assist. Scott was very friendly and patient as he tried several different ways to get my phone. In addition, he had two more EOS team members named Luke and Ryan to assist as they finally got my phone for me. I just want to say thank you very much to Luke, Ryan, and Scott for taking the time out of your busy schedule to help me get my phone back. All three went the extra mile to help me out and I appreciate all their efforts. This proves how customer service means everything to them as they all went above and beyond. I will make sure to tell all family members and friends who are looking for a gym to go to EOS on Litchfield and Waddell. The team members are genuine and represent among the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced at a gym. Keep up the great work!!!!

Had a complaint. They fixed it promptly and reached out several times to ensure everything was taken care of. Great customer service by upper management. Staff is a bit out to lunch once in awhile but nice people in general. When it’s busy it’s hard to find a machine but be creative, it’s a big facility. Worth the money for sure!

I want to give it 3.5 stars....only because it gets suuuuper paaaaaacked...it's awkward to find machinery and it's sorta places everywhere awkwardly. And the other thing I also don't like is the studios used for Group fitness classes are closed off to members when no class is in session. I know many other gyms that allow members to utilize the rooms (Equinox and such) and this was one of the favorite things I loved about Equinox. (I'm still mad they don't have an Equinox out here in AZ) but yeah it comes close. And also I don't feel like they have enough time slots for Yoga and Spin classes which are the classes I really want to attend but it's either never the right the timing or at the home location here. Other wise it's a pretty cool gym. Updated equipment, bathrooms are clean, and The Movie Theatre is my Favorite part (wish they would turn up the volume and leave subtitles on) as I'm hearing impaired but hey, all in all great value for what your paying.

This is such a great gym. There are numerous classes, and the price is incredible . There are so many different areas to work out in. It’s always very clean and there’s always at least 2 people walking around and cleaning while I’m there. As well as amazing workout spaces, the recovery areas are incredible! Full body massage chairs, sauna, hot tub and of course the Normatic machines. I really REALLY wish they had the hip and arm attachments for the Normatic machine. I notice such a difference on leg day after using it, I’d love the same experience with arms and hips too. It also looks like a CryoTherapy Room is opening soon too. If you’re looking for a gym, try this one. It doesn’t disappoint.

My personal trainer at EōS is excellent and really tries to get to know me, my fitness goals, and my current physical abilities. The gym has excellent facilities and works to keep them that way. I highly recommend EoS for your training and exercise needs.

I wanted to acknowledge an employee by the name of Faith as being one of the best workers I have ever seen in a gym!On this particular day I witnessed Faith cleaning a treadmill..she was on her hands & knees getting into the cracks & crevices making sure it was clean!She then continued on doing her job cleaning each & every item with great care & tons of pride in her work! 😊EOS gym is lucky to have her as she is an excellent employee!Kudos to you Faith & keep up the phenomenal work ethics!!

Front desk didn't know much of anything. No one to show us around. While it was very clean. The knowledge wasn't their. Had to figure out where and what everything was. Still didn't find the sauna.Disappointed! And I'm praying for this. Just might try another location Litchfield and Waddell needs help.

Great gym for a great price. The only issue is, because it's a good gym at a great price, it can be very busy at times, and it is hard to get a bench or machine when it is busy.

I have been a member for 2 weeks and I must say my experience has been disappointing. The gym and equipment are excellent however the amenities and staff are a big fail. The sauna and jacuzzi have worked once in 2 weeks! If you ask anyone at the front desk on an update on fixing these items they are always unaware and you get shrugged shoulders.**Management reached out and explained the issues. The jacuzzi is back to operational but the staff needs some more training**- Another follow up from Management -Customer Service is definitely improving! This establishment clearly cares. Glad to see.
