This gym is so packed! All they care about is getting a sale with no consideration of the capacity of the gym. Most of the machines are broken. You can't even workout because it is so busy, you also have people watching you while you workout because they have to wait for their turn to use weights and machines. Besides this, If they charge your card and it gets declined they will fee you because it didn't go though but not notify you that your card didn't go though, so you can't avoid this fee and use another card to pay for your membership fee because you have no idea that your card was declined. In my situation there is no reason my card would even decline. as far as I know the company can claim your card was declined just so they can fee you to steel your money. enjoy going here. I will be cancelling next month!!

Sierra D. Was a great! She went over the body scan and didn’t make me feel ashamed of the results. She explained very detailed and gave written list on suggestions. She was kind! I’m excited to be a new member and give it my all at my new home gym! Thanks for the customer service.
