Friendly staff checking you in. Very clean facility. Plenty of machines and weights to choose from!

Horrible customer service , arrived to the gym this morning and scanned in my card. The girl behind the desk said my annual fee is due. I said huh. She said we told you when you signed up (which was years and and years ago) when your annual fee will be due and you haven’t paid it so I can’t let you use our facility . I said umm I’m billed monthly and it’s taken automatically from my account. She said it was due 3 days ago and it hasn’t pulled it yet. I said maybe because it was on a weekend . She replied with unless you pay it right now you’ll have to leave the club. Yes! She actually kicked me out of planet fitness!!!!! Im going to my home club after work and canceling my membership. Its not worth the hassle for the price

Wonderful facility in Dewitt. Great staff, clean facility and no waiting for equipment!

I'm a black card member and travel often, I was a member of this Panet fitness for over 15 years, it continues to go down hill, dirty, not well maintained PF, likely the worse of the 25 I've visited, mens locker room is disgusting , urinals yellow and soiled, dirty all around the exterior inside ( have really never seen anyone mop it ) you can't vacuum grime.I don't think most working there even know there members names, I was in Stuart Fl. this winter and on my 2nd visit they were greeting me by my name, and the gym is spotless. The windows from the outside of this building tell you everything about what's to come, I don't believe they have EVER been cleaned. Sorry this place is filthy.

One of the worst planet fitness locations I've been to. Hardly any weights mostly cardio machines. Wanted to shower after my workout and it looks like the showers haven't been cleaned in God knows. Never again sticking with Oneida only

Great time friendly very helpful staff

The showers were disgusting and the changing rooms were filthy and it also smelled like sewage.I have a black card membership and travel a lot and use planet fitness for showers When on the road.I had to walk out he was very disappointing at 10:30 at night when you need a shower on the road.

I love how close it is to my home and you can't beat $10 month membership. It's not an intimidating environment, staff members are very nice,professional and friendly.I feel comfortable and welcome to call this my home gym.
