I have been coming here at least 2 or more years. Started out coming at 12:15pm since i take busses and thought that was the only one but i now catch a later one. Staff is super friendly, i passed out once due to not eating before a workout (long story) and they were so helpful and caring❤ love the new machines and every time i come i find a new one i havent tried (rowing machine is amazing!)

Staff is very rude, especially the older lady behind the counter. If it's not her, it's the other staff. Not impressed what so ever with this location. Not to mention it's still under construction. Tho I can handle that better than those who work there. I am of course speaking of the East Syracuse/ Dewitt PF

The price is worth 5 stars for sure the only reason I rate so low is because the staff is hit or miss . Actually had a staff member refuse me the tanning bed and then 10 min later another staff member comes back to let me use it ? Why ? Maybe someone is too lazy to wipe down a bed? Also been under construction forever , like you make too much money for this hurry it up .

I am impressed with the location. I have just started attending this location again and they have change the setup in a good way. The remodeling was well over due and the layout is much modern now and represents the 21st century gym experience.

I love the improvements they are making at the Planet Fitness location! The employees have all been very kind and helpful. I've always found plenty of equipment to use and feel comfortable working out here.

Breaking down the old to make room for the new is one of the beauties of life. I travel across this country 10 months out of the year as a Wellness Coach for a national major brand. I visit the gym 4-5 times a week. I was so excited to see how much your location has changed since my last visit around this time last year. I spoke to a few members of the remodling team to thank them for doing such a great job. The focus and attention to detail has paid off and made this location look like a brand new gym that just opened its door. I expect nothing, but continued success from this location and the brand.

Conveniently located on Bridge Street this amazing location when its open floor plan is inviting to both novice and professional athletes. And although it is in the middle of renovations to update it you really wouldn't know..... it's always clean and well-maintained plus it's rich in amenities such as stand up tanning booths, massage chairs, and HydroMassage lounge chairs. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and willing to make your workout as comfortable as possible as it's not just a workout it's either the beginning or a regular day in your lifestyle of staying fit. Can't wait to see what they bring in next.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this planet fitness. The staff is super friendly and the gym is well kept and clean regardless of what time of day you come in. I've been a member for two months now and they continue to constantly add new work-out machines and reinvent the gym. They also offer hydromassages , tanning beds and deep tissues massages all with a membership.

Great place to workout only, clean male restroom but bad appearance. Machines seem wearing out, like if soon there could be an incident from malfunction, so they should be updated. Employees seem a little too distracted away from their job, noticed many customers leaving and entering building and employees did not acknowledge a couple of them.

Nice and clean, like most PFs. Can be a bit busy at the usually times, but I've never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical.The employees are helpful if needed. Cannot change the channels on the TVs, but that's a company rule I guess.
