The staff at the Dewitt, NY Planet Fitness is very friendly. They're always smiling, and they're helpful if I have any questions or need assistance. The location is usually clean and the machines are always working. I'm very happy with my experience and I will continue to attend this location in the upcoming time.

Personally I find it ridiculous that I cannot cancel my membership on-line or by phone. Quite frankly, it's no one's business why I no longer want or use this membership. Place never really felt comfortable to me anyways. Still feels like a judgement zone.

They don't clean the toilets, don't clean the showers, and the staff doesn't open on time. Literally sitting in the parking lot 30 minutes after opening time and there's still nobody here. March 4 '23.

Excellent gym! Clean, excellent amount and variety of equipment, great layout, great hours, ample amount of parking, friendly staff. I haven’t come across a piece of equipment that wasn’t in working order.

Paige and the rest of the crew at the Planet Fitness in Dewitt absolutely amazing, accommodating and ALWAYS welcoming! I would highly recommend them, and this location, to anyone! The facility is ALWAYS clean, and very well maintained, and it seems to constantly be at the perfect level of occupancy for a comfortable workout! I'm thrilled to be a member of this location!

I visited DeWitt, NY PF with my son, he is a member there. I used equipment I haven’t found in Cortland or Ithaca. I am impressed by the friendliness, cleanliness and support from the staff in all three locations.

Great equipment, lots of space, and a friendly staff the only fault I find in the facility is you can tell they don’t regularly clean the bathrooms the same blood stains have been on the ground in the lady’s room for a week …. Other than that highly recommend

I go 3 to 5 times a week. There's seldom a wait for the machines or weight stations. Staff is always friendly and helpful

In my opinion, it's a comfortable place for to do workout, it's open oll day and oll night, there you can to use exercise maching if you want to training oll your body, everything is clean, there is potable water, there's restroom, for mi that place has oll what i need.

The gym is great. Plenty of equipment and always clean. Pretty much what you expect from PF, however this location has terrible outdoor lighting. The parking lot is completely dark. Not one light and the entrance was also dark. No lights on leading up to the entrance, and they don't light up their sign. Not sure if they're trying to save money or what but it's a bit silly. Turn on some lights.
