in syracuse area for school/work, Plattsburgh is my home gym. The manager had a problem with having to look my name up to check me in which no one else seemed to mind... Eventually she called my home gym and had my membership canceled. I confronted her and recorded a video of it where she is caught in a bold face lie and then decides to change her story. When I brought this up to management they suggested I purchase a new membership... They have lost my business for life and I am considering posting the video to social media. I've also noticed that their personal trainers don't seem to be in very good shape not only this facility but all PFs

Great gym now that it’s renovated it knocks crunch fitness and the y gyms out of the park! ;) Glad to rejoin!! Loved the new womens locker room and I love all the purple equipment and very friendly very nice front desk staff!(:

The Planet Fitness location is easy to find they keep the driveway clear for parking during winter. The inside is kept in Immaculate and the Machines cleaned regularly . The staff is always courteous and they have trainers available to help if you need something with exercises. Having a membership is well worth it especially when you want to keep in shape and have a healthier body and mind!

Literally the dirtiest plant fitness I have been into. A good quarter inch of filth on most of the machines and on the floor. Hair built up in the corners of the machines and equipment. Not once did I see any of the employees walk around and sweep or dust off equipment like in my home plant fitness.

A clean and reliable local gym. Pretty much everything you need for a good workout, and the staff are friendly. Everything is always quite clean and well-kept. As with every planet fitness I have visited, I wish they had more Smith Machines! There is *always* a line for those, but dozens of empty treadmills and other aerobic machines.

Update: I have great affection for Planet Fitness. But I remember over the pandemic, while masks were required, the other gym members would deliberately try to fool the staff into thinking they were wearing their masks by wearing the masks under their chins and turning their backs to the desk. I got into an argument with a guy who repeatedly walked right by me, not social distancing, mask worn in this manner. I let him have it, then told the front desk. The facility is not equipped to deal with uncooperative gym members. I don't work out there anymore because I don't trust the other gym members to follow the rules, even now that many people have been vaccinated. The gym caters to a lot of folks who don't really care about other people's safety and comfort.

Being a road warrior I have stopped into my fair share of plant fitness locations. This location is in the middle. It is not bad but it is not great either. They are lax on their COVID policies and their are not enough cleaning stations. It did serve the purpose and the folks were friendly.

It was awful. I wasn't notified when the payments were gonna be taken out again n now my bank account is overdrawn. Once my membership runs out I will never sign up for another exercise program again. Ever. If I could score them a negative number I would.

Okay, I was nervous going back, people, for obvious reasons. Gathered my courage and my mask, arrived at 5 a.m. Temp taken, machines socially distanced, and clean. Mask got sweaty, I pushed through- so happy to be back and feeling safe. Thank you, PF😊 …

This branch is the lowest quality Planet Fitness in upstate NY. You will have your belongings taken out of your locker, there's not a helpful associate in the building, and they have poor management. Waited till I got home to judge, but will never walk back in to follow the guidelines of a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE. Highly dissatisfied!!!
