Extremely clean inside with many machines. Great staff and lounge areas, too! I disliked the lack of a mirror and free weights in the non-machine workout section, but I made it work :)

Recently was charged the annual fee of $40 without any notice from planet fitness. Called to explain my frustration and wanted to cancel. I was told the manager would call me back when they got in. Never received a call. Called again and was told I have to send a letter or come in to cancel. Well finds out only the manager can cancel and they come in 5am-4pm and me working those hours are not available for me unless I wake up at 5 and go in and give myself time to deal with them and get to work on time. I do not recommend this gym and would rather take my business elsewhere

This gym is one of my favorite. The customer service is the best and gym is always clean/neat. Staff as well as all gym members follow CDC guide lines. Staff consistently sanitize the equipment.

My home gym... when I'm in Syracuse. Its a great facility except... the mens room? Is nasty... toilets always dirty (like dirty dirty) at 7am or 3pm does not seem to matter maybe we are extra slobby here? But I would rate this particular facility's mens room the worst of anywhere I travel... the stall to the right had not had a lock/handle on it? For a year plus (fixed finally)? Come on... otherwise its PF and its a bang for the buck superstar 😎 staff is always cool too...friendly.Its a management thing

This is not a bad location, the staff are really nice but there definitely needs to be a better system of checks because the shower and change area was DISGUSTING! I know this comes down to someone either at opening or closing last night did not do their job. The showers appeared cleaned but on closer inspection all of them were dirty and the floor REALLY needed to be swept and mopped. Hair everywhere, dried dirt, old soap and rubber bands in the shower stalls (the worst part about this is whoever cleaned the showers last intentionally pushed this nastiness into a position that it was not visible unless you walked into the shower stall). I ended up using the handicap shower stall because it was the cleanest of the four but the water in that stall had absolutely no temperature control. I can stand a really hot shower but this was intense for me. The temp controls in the other stalls were working correctly, I checked them. By the way I got here just before 11a so there is no way this was caused by customers, the showers were literally set up like they had all just been clean (see shower curtains in pics, most customers don't return shower curtains to this position, this is a move done by staff to signal they have been cleaned). Really hope they figure out how to fix these cleaning issues.

They're being Covid Safe with the masks, sanitizer stations, employees constantly walking around cleaning and the crowd meter. I love working out here plenty of equipment even if you have to wait. No one bothering you and cheap rates. Well worth it!

Extremely disappointed. I have been a proud patron for years. I have even been a local business partner who has handed out free samples to this location’s guests. Today I was verbally assaulted in the bathroom by an employee named Marie who made it her personal mission to reprimand me for taking a selfie. As I was politely waiting for everyone to exit the bathroom so I could take a progress pic (I’m a Personal trainer and CERTIFIED health coach after all) ... It was Very rudely brought to my attention that no one is ever allowed to use a camera in the facility, ever. But no one had issues when they were taking photos for THEIR benefit?? Also... I can’t take a selfie now? That’s what we’re fighting about? I am a young professional and work extremely hard. I take one hour to myself all day to exercise and destress and this is what I deal with?? I don’t know if I’m more annoyed about THAT or how this lady spoke to me like I was a friggen criminal! Will never be visiting this location again and will be sure to spread the word.

It's a no judgment gym and everyone is pretty friendly. I love that they have so many different machines and the experienced people will offer you help if you ask them a question about a particular exercise. Great deal for a low price I love it

It is very clean and a judgement free zone where you can do things at your own pace or with help from a trainer. Great customer service! You also can buy certain products there for tanning, equipment to work out with, or drinks, etc. Love it!

After being a member for decades, I wanted to cancel my membership. I had to send them a registered letter at a cost of $4.96. They called to say that I still would be charged my $10 membership fee for the next month ( October 2020) . They received my letter on 9/15/2020. Thet said that the letter arrived too late. They said 16 days was not enough time to stop payment. They have no way to refund my money either. When I joined they were able to deduct my dues immediately. What a horrible company. Also they didn't have email to send me a cancellation notice. BEWARE. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME! Never will get a recommendation from me either.
