Staff is amazing, but no air conditioner. No doors open stagnant air.. last year your air conditioning broke and now this yearits still broke . It had to be over 80 degrees today inside...basically it had never been fixed . When will it be fixed ???? I will take a picture of your thermostat and post it so you can see how hot it is inside ...shame on you for not fixing it !!!. I feel sorry for your employees..............As to respond to your reply it's not a "bit warm " the air has not worked since last year !!!!!!! Your employees have no control what's so ever of the temperature inside because your system is and has been broken !!! And you know this !! .It's OK though because We just canceled our membership and joined a different gym in area .. I will speak with my money !!!

I love the friendliness of the staff and great client service. The place is kept decently clean and the center is well lit and energetic unlike other centers. Somehow I prefer the vibe at this planet fitness more than others in the general Syracuse area and surroundings and it’s the one I keep coming back to the most :)

As a black card member and travel half the year this planet fitness is OK… everything is ok… ok staff, ok machines, just OK… your trainer gives out a “not approachable” vibe

Starting Mondays:12a-Friday:12am they're open 24hrs. LOVE that! If you can't sleep, GO WORK OUT!! So many machines to choose from! GREAT staff! I'm a black Card member - WORTH EVERY DOLLAR! Tanning beds, booths, massage bed, massage chairs and a Red Light booth for toning come with the Back Card.Keep up the good work PF!!

It needs a lot of upgrade according to other gyms. A lot my equipment not working. Paying full $ for old equipment.

The North Syracuse PF has the best and hardest working staff that I have had the pleasure to interact with. Whether it's about a new membership or general knowledge about gym requirements, this staff goes above and beyond what is asked of them and their requirements. They are very professional, kind and courteous to me and my young son. This is really a great establishment and I am glad to be able to interact with such great employees. Please give them a raise or at least $50 gift cards 🤔

Staff are friendly! The water fountain was warm the other day and I didn't realize it when I used it to make my protein shake. The staff offered me a protein drink from the fridge! Thank you!
