This is an updated review. The past year this facility had been spiraling downhill and I have noted so in reviews. It appears for whatever reason, things are now coming around to the good. The staff has never been an issue; always courteous. Cleanliness had suffered but attention to this has been realized and it’s vastly improved. Inoperable equipment has for the most part been addressed. I’d still like to see more adjustable flat benches. The lighting issues have also been resolved. The gym has is gradually getting back to the shape it was a few years ago. Hopefully the trend continues.

Women's showers are really dirty. Shower curtains have mold on them. Dirty showers. Looks like they haven't cleaned the floors for weeks. Large puddles of water that's been there for two days. Not gonna go back to that one again.

What I had Thought would be a great experience turn into several lies told by the employee I sign up with and Management. I would not recommend going to this gym due to the disrespect of management. I had sign up with the student discount (I had thought) but was not the case as I was lied to from the beginning without knowing. I did have to pay a start up fee even though I was told I wouldn't have to, then I was told that i would be billed on the 11th of each month which was not the case. I was billed on the 18th of my first month which I had thought was strange and then before my checks were deposited in my account i was billed on the 17th which made my account go negative, and a $29 dollar fee from my bank because of the Planet Fitness screw up. I had gone in to the gym to talk to management and he was very rude from the start. He called me a liar and started raising his voice with me after I kept a calm state because I did not want the issue getting worse. I asked for a refund for my start up fee and was told I would not be entitled to it even though I should not have had to pay for it. I read through the contract and followed the instructions for cancelling. I am suppose to be getting my refund but that is still pending. Planet fitness corporate couldn't do anything and was confused as to why Management sent me to them. I DO NOT Recommend this Planet Fitness as they scam you so that they get more money with their hidden fees, My tip for Everyone make sure you read the contract thoroughly before you sign. I would be very careful If you do sign up as they do not hold their promises and charge you for things you shouldn't be paying.

Every day is usually a great experience. However, today, (Dec 23rd noon) the man working with brown spiky hair decided to abandon his front area for a lengthy amount of time. I waited patiently to go tanning. Only for him to never set up my bed (only pushing a few buttons). So, there I stand in the tanning room not knowing what to do. I called the gym phone number 4 times with no answer. Needless to say, I never got to go tanning and this man's apology was half ass after I told him about his poor guest service right before the holidays.

Nice, new treadmills and good equipment in general. Men’s bathroom is terrible though. For some reason they have installed the weakest toilets, the kind that your grandmother has and you are afraid to use. As a result, they are usually overflowing and dirty. Install industrial toilets and this gym will be a lot better.

Told me there were no fees for cancellation, I moved to a new and expensive city and wanted to cancel to save more money. Instead I got charged a $58 dollar cancellation fee AND she still charged me $22 for this months fee, because I came in on the billing date. Even though I only came in so late because they made me go through numerous ridiculous steps to canceling this membership. I will never be coming back, and there was no corporate number or anything for me to call about getting this $58 fee waved. I’m completely unsatisified and I’ve had others with similar experiences. Rip off to say the least, that was literally my grocery money for the week and now it’s gone.

This one is a little smaller than other PFs but still had like 40 of everything. 30 minute work or section is nice. Lockers dinner have locks so bring your own.

I am a member from out of town and when I visit home in Liverpool I use his particular gym. I am not a black card member and pay the $5 where ever i am out of town from my home gym. This evening I came in as I normally do and showed the guy at the desk told it me that it didn't matter that I was a member somewhere else and he had never heard of $5 fee and I had to pay $20. I left and gave your Carmilia facility business due to the disrespect from your location. Your employee didn't care to listen and look up my account when I showed him my membership card on my key chain. This employee should not be working if he does not knowThe policies. He needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in manners when he addressing an adult.

Have enjoyed my membership there very much! Love the circuit, a good, basic workout. There is always the free weights for any other muscle groups that you want to focus on. Previous reviews to the contrary, I found the place to be clean, and there is all-new equipment this year. CHECK IT OUT!
