I knew immediately I went to the right place when I walked in. The guy there named Andy was extremely informative and took my wants/needs into consideration when finding the right machine. The price included delivery and assembly, which was great. The day after I bought it I talked to Wayne, he scheduled the delivery and worked around my schedule. The 2 guys that delivered/assembled it (Jack and Dan) were very kind and quick at getting in and out.I walked in to Syracuse Fitness after having it recommended to me and within 2 days had an affordable home gym up and running in my home. I plan on going back in the future. I would strongly recommend this place.Andy Jakubowski

The most outstanding part of my experiences there is that Andy approaches me with the intent to help me find what is best for me, not as a sales person. After actually listening to what I wanted, Andy gave me just as many pros and cons of the least expensive equipment as he does the pros and cons of the most expensive. There has never been any pressure to purchase or pushing to the most expensive options. There have actually been two instances when I was ready to purchase smaller brand name items and was convinced at the checkout counter to purchase the lesser expensive versions as they we’re just as good.It is an excellent store with an amazing inventory to choose from. I have purchased there previously and will continue to always make it my first stop for any purchase in the future.Delivery was excellent!

I enjoyed looking at all the pieces of exercise equipment and picking out a rower. Staff was knowledgeable and did make recommendations based on my physical condition, which included a recumbent bike and treadmill. The rower fit my needs as a low impact exercise machine. Definitely recommend them.
