Coaches are amazing they take individual abilities into consideration. Form is emphasized corrections are made and the atmosphere of the gym is welcoming to all. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or for competitive athletes to incorporate this cross training into their regiment. My swimming has benefited greatly. Thank you to all of the highly skilled coaches at SSC you are all top-notch

Been a member of Syracuse Sweat Club going on 6 years now... Best facility, best coaches, and the best tribe of people anywhere... the coaches are top-notch, the facility is spotless and my fellow members are some of the nicest and most helpful people that I know. The facility is also expanding to offer boot camp and more room for personal training and working out on your own.

I chose this gym because they offer specialty classes like gymnastics but had no idea what I was in for. Ellen, one of the owners was welcoming right from the start and very informative. She checks in on me from time to time making me feel like she truly cares about me and my experience. Her husband/business partner is also very welcoming. I have spent alot of time with Pat who is one of the speciality trainers and he has been remarkable. He is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is inviting with a community who really wants you to succeed. I am super happy with my choice to be a member and looking forward to achieving my goals here. Also, can't wait to attend all the amazing events they have. 💪

I was always intimidated to try CrossFit. It only took one class for me to realize how wrong I was. Both the staff and members are extremely welcoming. The coaches are highly skilled and capable of working with any ability level. The workouts are humbling, but there are always options to scale. I don’t see myself hitting a plateau the way I have in the past. There is SO MUCH opportunity for growth here. My only regret is not joining sooner!

I started at Syracuse Sweat Club 2 years ago. I came after an injury while training at another gym. I began training with Dan and he not only helped me repair these injuries but has made me stronger while doing it. The staff here is amazing and the people who work out here are awesome as well. This gym is for all ages and abilities. If you are looking for the best trainers this is the place to go!

My wife and I have dropped in many times and will continue to do so when we're in town visiting family. The staff is excellent and really engage athletes of all levels and abilities. Great environment and top notch equipment. I would highly recommend to friends and family!

As a bit of a nomad, I have been to a lot of CrossFit boxes and gyms, but this place is HANDS DOWN the BEST gym/box you can ever go to! Don’t miss out! I moved away from the area 2+ years ago and I still miss this place like crazy and wish I could be back there. The community, the coaches, the culture - it just can’t be beat! There are very few places I would say that I really trust the coaches and know they keep my safety and well-being their primary goal. Just do yourselves a favor and go! You won’t regret it!!
