If you're unsure or curious about trying Crossfit, Crossfit Syracuse is the place to go. The coaching staff is experienced in not only Crossfit but in weight training and physical therapy. Weight loss & healthy eating programs are available to members and optional classes for targeting what interests you. I am 54 and tried CFS almost a year ago and have been going almost 5 days a week ever since. After years in the gym, I've lost my belly fat & feel more physically fit than I have since the Navy - 30 yrs ago!

After joining CFS after years of doing Crossfit elsewhere I learn something new with every class I take. The programming is balanced with skill sets, strength and conditioning consistently and each is designed to go along with the main workout of the day. The workouts are meticulously designed so as to not waste anytime and is well organized and executed even with larger classes. The coaches all know their stuff and know it well. CFS genuinely cares about their athletes. The environment is very calm and friendly. Not “clique-y” and the coaches run the gym, not the athletes so there’s no distractions from the main purpose of being there (which can be a problem). I can’t say enough how I wished I had started with CFS sooner.

A lot of people are scared of Crossfit, but GOOD COACHING makes all the difference! CFS has the most skilled coaches that are constantly enforcing good form and pushing athletes to work hard safely. They are always thinking of new ways to build strength and prevent injury. If you're looking for a crossfit gym in Syracuse, this one is it!!

My family has been a part of this wonderful gym community since the first day it opened 5 years ago, and we couldn't be happier! The coaches, the facilities, the management and the member atmosphere is all top notch. It's centrally located with easy parking, very well priced for the quality of service you receive and it's evident that the owners regularly invest back into the business. Members are #1 here and it shows!

Wonderful and supportive atmosphere where everyone genuinely wants to see you keep improving and getting stronger.The coaching is top notch, as well. If you show up, put in the effort, and work on weaknesses, you will see results, fast.The owners are on top of their stuff. Ellen, is super responsive to emails and there's never any shortage of equipment.I've been a member for a few months and it's been the best fitness/health decision I've ever made.

CFS coaches are top notch!! Whether you have an injury to work through, are out of shape, or just need a push to get to your next PR, they will give you all of the tools you need to get there. The facility at CFS is exceptional! They have more state of the art equipment and cleaner facilities than any other CF gym I have ever visited. The CFS community is also unmatched! The people are incredibly kind and motivating. They’re always planning group events, and it feels more like a family than a gym. So much love for CFS!!

I was drawn to Crossfit Syracuse at first because of their specialty classes (barbell club, gymnastics), something not most boxes take the time to practice. I am now a remote client, but have done the classes as well. It is all fantastic - fitting for anyone & their goals! The emphasis on safety first in this facility is truly commendable. The staff is always readily available to answer questions, give suggestions and/or modifications, etc. Their education background & knowledge of fitness, nutrition, recovery, & injury seems to be forever expanding in my opinion & I am always impressed. Most of all, the level of standard held at CFS is outstanding for those athletes looking for that discipline - which I was. Plus with everyone being so friendly & supportive - once you drop in, you'll question why you didn't join sooner. I know I did!

Everything about the experience at Crossfit Syracuse is exceptional! The coaching staff is top notch, the community is warm & welcoming and the schedule is extensive making it convenient and accessible regardless of your busy life. It is hands down the BEST place to workout in Syracuse!

Super friendly staff and clean gym space. The Coaches and other athletes are very helpful. Definitely getting stronger and reaching my goals because of this place. They even offer a class for newbies to Crossfit so you can learn the moves in a special class rather than trying to learn during the workout.

If you're looking to be in a good shape with a strong core and aerobic health, this is the place to stop by ! I worked out here for 15 days only but in those 15 days I have learned so much. Thanks to all the excellent Coaches! Five stars to cleanness and facility as well.
