I official found my gym home a year ago. Syracuse CrossFit is friendly and inviting, with both challenging workouts and thoughtful programming. All of the coaches are well qualified and I learn from each of them at every opportunity.

I just moved from FL to Syracuse NY and Syracuse Sweat Club made me immediately feel part of the family! I love the coaches and everything they do for there athletes. This community is like no other, we often get together for all types of bonding experiences outside of the gym!

Best gym I have ever been to. Never did a single CrossFit class prior to my first day here. The incredibly friendly staff and members make every workout I do here enjoyable. Been a member for almost 4 years and look forward to many more.

Being a enthusiast of CrossFit, I can say without a doubt this place has it going on. I’m sad to be leaving after a year spent here. I mainly want to comment on the coaching, as I believe most CrossFit gyms are lacking in the area. All the coaches here understand the movements and push you in the direction you need to go. Be it small adjustments to bigger scales they know what you need. The facilities are top notch! Open gym always available (even on Sunday’s). Overall a great gym you won’t be disappointed.

This is a first class gym with amazing coaches, a great community, and a fantastic gym space. I joined after relocating away from my previous gym of 7 years and was really lucky to find this crew. I especially appreciate the staff’s attention to detail, movement expertise, and focus on injury-free improvement.

Nobody was more nervous about starting a new type of workout in a new gym than I was! Like, rethinking my life decisions in the parking lot before class kind of nervous! I LOVE it so much, and EVERYONE has been so kind and welcoming. Such a warm & inclusive community, I’m excited to see where it leads me!

I started Syracuse Sweat Club around a year ago. I’m a master’s athlete and I’ve was intimidated by CrossFit for many years. I made the decision to walk through the door and give it my best. I have started to transform my physical being but what I most proud of is my strength and ability to push myself. I struggled with vertigo before I started CrossFit and with the help of the coaches, I now can perform a handstand (unbelievable I’m upside down). One word of advice to all; especially to the older women, give Syracuse Sweat Club a chance…be consistent, scale the workouts if needed, speak up if you’re unsure of a movement, and most of all have fun. I would rather give Syracuse Sweat Club my money than a doctor or hospital, it’s my preventative medicine.

One of the single best health decisions I've made was joining. The coaches are elite, leading professionals in the industry. I have dropped into boxes all over the country, you will not get better coaching, better overall health and fitness strategy, and even nutrition programming. Not to mention the community and the people, it's an honor to have been in on the ground floor and to be a member today, years of guidance, ideas, and motivation - Thank you SSC!
