The best thing I could have done for my health is join Syracuse sweat club. The community and support is absolutely amazing. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and motivating. The gym is clean and we'll maintained. I just can't say enough how much I love being a part of this establishment ❤️❤️ I have so much love for every single person there!!!

Came for the crossfit, stayed for the community.The owners have built something really beautiful here. They truly care about their clients and offer top-notch services. I can't imagine working out anywhere else ever again!

This place rocks! Lost 25#, gained a ton of muscle, as well as huge strength and cardio improvements in my first 6 months. Mike Elliott is a great strength coach and the entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.

I just love this place! This is the ONLY place I can go, where all the noise of the day quiets and I leave feeling like an absolute badass!!I’ve been one on one training with Coach Pat for a few years now and his programming has definitely brought me to a level I never knew I could accomplish!!In a nutshell....Top notch staff & coaching, extremely clean box and worth every penny!!!

Great people, great coaches. Working smart is given at least as much emphasis as working hard. I also love the community that exists there, the atmosphere, the attitudes, and the total lack of negativity. I've learned more than just fitness-related things there.

CrossFit Syracuse was a phenomenal facility to train at while attending school. The community is supportive and their coaches are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Highly recommended.
