Appreciate the 24 hour operation hours and I'm not going to complain about location because I knew that before I decided to give this place a try. What I am disappointed in is the fact that the hottub was closed and so was the steam room. The pool area looked unsanitary and unkempt. The pool was also ice cold, like a polar dip. Not expecting a super warm pool but something to take the edge off would have been nice as I was told the pool temp was warm before heading over.Definitely room for improvement but nothing that can't be fixed with some adjustments. Thank you for coming to my TED TALK!

It is a good gym, but two major issues, after 9:00 pm as I only can observe.1) The level of dirt in this location is outrageous.2) Some members have no considerations for others. The floor in the locker rooms is always wet and is slippery because people do not dry after leaving showers. Other members literally shout and sing so loud as they own the gym, always groups of 4-6 occupying one machine for long time. The issue is that the front desk does not care at all, despite being friendly. They just sit and welcome people, but very hesitant to do any action. No monitoring or enforcement of any rules or courtesy. Some members need to be educated and be aware that their behavior is disruptive and distracting, simply they do not own the gym. It seems most like attention seekers from few bulk members. Lastly, the manager does nothing. I do not need the copy and paste response here, just address these issues.

Used to like this gym, it has turned into a gross health hazard. Management is really letting it fall apart.

Anytime I try to give this gym a chance, It just doesn’t work. I absolutely do not like this gym! The parking lot in very high crime and sketchy, the customer service is horrible, by managers included. I canceled my membership today to 24 due to one of the workers getting at me like a bill collector in addition to rolling his eyes like a female. Not to mention I just didn’t like the feel of this gym and it screens covid 19 when I walk in .I prefer the YMCA or Planet Fitness. I’m not a FAN of 24 Fitness at all !

Good range of equipment, but the cleanliness is a major issue. It is so dirty. Management doesn’t care at all about what happens in locker rooms, wet floors, no hot water, very dirty, and even people practicing kickboxing and loud, zero consideration for others, nice staff, but they only sit to check-in. The management is really absent. No rules, members trash the location all the time. It would have great gym if they clean.

My GF and I just moved to Tacoma, and signed up for a 3 day pass to see what the gym is like. We showed up and the man working the register barely looked up at my girlfriend and I to ask what we needed, and before I could get "we have three day p-" out he replied, rather shortly and sharply, that he wouldn't honor those because they have a sale going on for membership.Perhaps he should speak with corporate instead of wasting our time - how were we supposed to know the passes were no good, we got them from the official 24 hour fitness website? This man was haughty and rude, and I wonder if getting to act like he was important and didn't need us was worth sacrificing the $90/mo we would have paid in memberships dues, and addition to the startup fees, and annual fees, etc.In any case, we signed up at LA fitness today. Love it.

Recently rejoined. Women's locker room had chunks of hair all over in the shower area. Steam room floor was filthy as was the rest of the gym. Sanitizing spray bottles were mostly empty. This gym would be great if kept up better. Disappointed

This club doesn't care if things don't work and are in no hurry to repair or replace them. The hot tub was down about 40% of the time this year, The steam sauna was down about 20% this year, the swimsuit dryer in the men's room has been down for the last 6 months. Don't waste your time joining this club because they don't care about their members.
