Went to a 0630 Thursday class it was fantastic small class size got all the individual attention I needed and I feel like I really held down the concept of what needs to be done that day. Really excited to go again and get more in.Prices are also super AFORABLE for the amount of training you get.

Great people, great workout, great hobby. I haven't trained martial arts in about 15 years and this is where I decided to get back into it. Solid decision. The people are friendly and welcoming and it's easy to get past the initial nervousness. Looking forward to training again once the shutdowns end. Ossssss!

I was traveling for work and stopped in a handful times of the course of a month. The quality of instruction is fantastic, the quality of training partners is fantastic, and the attitude/culture of the gym is fantastic. I was able to step right into the mix, felt immediately welcomed, and was able to roll hard get in lots of great training. I'll be back nest time I'm in the area.
