The staff is amazing and the facility is clean with great equipment.For what you pay it's soooo worth it.This planet Fitness (West End) is the best I have seen in the Tacoma area

The staff are friendly at the check-in counter and a few front-end people go above and beyond when they see us enter the gym. I have never waited long for a machine since there is plenty of equipment at this location. However, like all gyms there are a few members that hold up machines by playing with their smartphones...ugh!...I just move on to something else. I had rated this facility previously a 4.5 out of 5 stars in cleanliness, but they have made it a priority since I left that review. I now bumped it up to a 4.9! The low monthly fee keeps my membership on going at Planet Fitness.

This gym is one of the best gyms that I have been a member. Great equipment, hospitable crew, and a clean/safe environment. They don't have any free bars for classic Olympic type of lifts, but they have plenty of machines and other equipment to test you.

Plenty of well maintained equipment, helpful and friendly staff, sparkling clean facility.

Employees at west-end location are just the best, gym is super clean at all times, personal trainer is awesome you can tell he cares about you not getting hurt, encourages you. Massage room is always neat and available which I love, tanning and enhancement machine. Equipment is always clean and ready to use. I definitely recommend Planet Fitness west-end location, the way the manager and employees treat you is just priceless.Thank you guys blessings.

So far so good. The hydro massage lounges and beds are a great benefit. My back appreciates them. The atmosphere is pretty up beat. The equipment is all well kept. They keep it really clean. The price is unbeatable; $25 a month for unlimited use and it’s open 24/7. I can take a guest anytime for free. Overall a solid choice for a fitness membership.

Mixed feelings about this one it’s a nice gym they seem to try to keep it clean. The issue is the workers for a place that promotes no judgment I saw 1-2 employees judge how I was using one of the machines. Another one was super unfriendly and cold when walking up and leaving

This location has the nicest staff. Always very friendly and have created a welcoming atmosphere. Their approachable for any needed equipment for example a bar pad or ankle thing for cable kicks. Shoutout to the staff cause those people are cool as hell!! :)

This place is so worth going too! For 25 bucks a month. U can can be a better you! Workout, have personal trainer classes, Tanning, and massage in their hydro beds! It's very sanitized as well. Thank you for all the outstanding customer service too!
