This planet fitness is my favorite gym, big parking lot and good hydro massage beds and loungesFriendly staff.

They would not honor my Black Card regarding usage of tanning. Employees were rude .... once they got off their phones for a brief moment. So glad this is not my home club, ABSOLUTE DISASTER!

The new hours changes are not always convenient for me. They are not the hours when I signed up for my membership. Very disappointed in the changes.

I came in on Saturday and the Asian man behind the counter was on his phone the whole time I was there and wouldn't help when I asked him, it was a all around sub par experience. And the place was pretty dirty too.

I used to love this place but I'm just not feeling it anymore. It was 24 hours when I first signed up and now they're only open until 10 four days of the week and 9 o'clock on the weekends. Because it's not 24 hours anymore the place is way more packed now, every machine for weight training is always full and you have to wait forever to get on anything (hoping no one else is waiting for it also). Would not recommend for anyone who actually wants to weight train as you probably won't get to spend much time doing it. Paper towels are always gone, soap dispenser is always empty in the bathroom and the wifi barely ever works...the staff is the only thing that makes this place pleasant to go to anymore.

Marty is such wonderful Manager, greats Everytime I walk in and walk out. Clean and organized and best of all plenty of machines for cardio so you aren't standing and waiting

Rude and nosy staff and management. I play my music on my phone while I shower and I’m in the private fitting room. Obviously in the fitting I’m naked and vulnerable changing, why the manager bang on the fitting room door to tell me I need to turn off my music because it’s a shared space (plz keep in mind I’m listening to fun pop music so it’s not like I’m blasting vulgar words.) it’s not like I was in the locker room part playing it out loud I was in a private part so if your close enough to hear my music on my phone then your probably a peeping Tom doing stuff your not suppose to do. I think it’s funny how they worry about my music in the private fitting room but not worried about having someone at check in or even maintaining a clean locker room 80% of the time I go to this location it’s absolutely disgusting in the locker room. Not even to mention they are not even 24 hours anymore that was the only good thing about planet fitness. So disrespectful/harassing staff members, unsanitary locker rooms and them not being 24 hours this reason I’m canceling my membership. I will be taking my business to LA fitness and you should to!!

Management made a deal about my gym bag when it wasn’t in the way or anything like that. I keep my bands, wallet, and keys with me. Another patron came in with a gym bag on the floor and the staff didn’t say anything to them. Interesting isn’t it?

Can you adjust your hours to midnight? instead of 10PM.With the new hours, it is hard to check in after 8:30 PM. But if you close at 12AM, then many people will still check-in at 10:30-11 PM. Please consider the request, this location is the one that closes the earliest as compared to other planet fitness locations.I know the challenge can be in shift hours for staff.

Friendly staff. Clean. Lots of machines, lots of easy parking. Cheap. Busy hours not so great, but that’s most gyms.
