The facility is always clean as well as the equipment. The staff is wonderful and very welcome as well as helpful which makes for a fun experience. There are some hidden gems equipment wise and I’m really grateful for how well spaced everything is. I have no problem using my oxygen and getting a quality workout which is very much appreciated!

This is an awesome gym! There's a wide selection of well-maintained equipment, plus a friendly, helpful staff! The locker rooms are beautifully appointed and clean! Membership pricing is very affordable, and everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of shape or age!

The staff at West End Planet Fitness has always been great! They are super friendly, professional and go out of their way if you need anything. I'm always greeted either coming or going. They're super approachable even with the silliest of questions or needs. I also find that the facility is very clean. The staff is always working hard to keep it sanitized and clean. I've always found a machine to work out on even if it is busy, which means sometimes you have to change up your routine that time, but I always get to the machine I need.

I love coming here, I was super worried about it being packed or having trouble finding space to workout. But everyone keeps to themselves and it’s big, plus the app helps a lot. The environment is awesome and staff gets me in pretty fast.

Planet Fitness is the best. So many locations, most of them are 24/7, lots of equipment (I never have to wait for anything)... so convenient and such a low price... I can work out, lay in the hydro bed, tan and take a shower after work or whenever.

The employees are all very kind, and I appreciate them having masks for the few times I've forgotten mine. Some of the rooms can get pretty crowded with current regulations, but you should still be able to get in a decent workout.

The staff are nice, and I've never had any issues with anything. There are always machines available. I like the size of it, it's not a huge gym, everything is laid out pretty well. It's a diverse crowd, old folks, young people, everyone just there focusing on their health. It's a nice atmosphere.
