Crunch in Tallahassee is a poor establishment to be a part of. I have patronized this establishment for several weeks only to be followed around the facility, watched by the other staff members and informed by management that my account could not be located although I had paid for the facility entrance in advance.The Sauna was turned off while I was in the Sauna twice and their maintenance's schedule to clean the showers seemed to be coincidence when I there at the facility.Can you imagine being a women who simply come to workout being ogled by staff? Discrimination was very common event I experienced each day I was present at the Crunch in Tallahassee.I am a proud native of Tallahassee and this unprofessional, unacceptable ignorant behavior was appalling from the Crunch's staff. When I complained to management's staff that I just wanted to be left alone, and continue on my agenda; nonetheless, I was reiterated against and informed by lower management today that Crunch could no longer provide services to me. And when I inquired as to why the decision, I was given a malapert lie. But Crunch cameras don't lie and will tell my experience while at Crunch and will refute any unsubstantiated assertions .

I canceled my gym membership in April. I knew I had to pay a month and would be responsible for May as well. That was fine. What is not fine is I am still being charged, and have not been refunded. When I call to speak to management they can't come to the phone. AWFUL customer service, and an awful system in place in order to cancel. FIX IT!

Crunch fitness was a very enthralling experience but due to my siblings being treated in an unreasonable manner there was an inconvenience Mr. Kevin the manager was very pugnacious when my siblings were trying to enter in the gym and my siblings directly told Mr. Kevin that they were previous members his approach was erroneous and in I strongly recommend there be adjustments to his actions or further actions will be made far as contacting cooperate and again This was a inordinate inconvenience.

The manager Kevin, was very rude and not helpful at all! He even told a group of us we could go somewhere else very aggressively. I love crunch but this isn’t right!

Overall crunch is pretty chill, I’ve never had any problems, but today I encountered a very rude manager, Kevin as a manager I expected more. He became very aggressive over a misunderstanding.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called to cancel membership after moving to a new city far from any Crunch locations and was told by staff claiming to be a manager that the only way for me to cancel my membership is to send in a letter in the mail requesting cancellation.Location is constantly mobbed and every machine and rack is occupied unless you go early morning. Would not recommend.
