This establishment was pretty to notch in the beginning. The roof leaked from day 1. I could tolerate that while hoping they would address it. But since the semester has started the place is messy. The employees are kinda lazy. They don't walk the floor & either police the areas for trash or tell customers not to stand around hogging up machines/equipment while socializing. There was a group of students hogging up both adjustable cable towers by the leg machines. Management needs to address gym etiquette with customers. Some of us are there to get our workouts in & GTHO. I work 40+ hours a week. I don't have time to be waiting on people BS'n & socializing holding up equipment. The bathrooms & showers aren't cleaned on a regular basis. If things don't start changing for the better, I'm going back to Youfit.

Good deal and good squat racks. Horrendously busy though. The only* time you can go is in the early early morning (like 3 AM-6 AM). I had to turn around one day after work because it was so full. And it’s all college students who take wayyyy too long taking selfies and sitting on their phones in-between sets. I started getting there at 4:45 AM to go workout now because it’s so busy. Even on weekends the parking lot is jammed pack. I wish there was a gym like this that wasn’t so busy! If you go early enough, like I do, it’s not bad and there’s no waiting around for machines. Also the bathrooms are pretty bad because I think the gym is run by college students who don’t really wanna do anything. There’s never any paper towels to wipe down the machines, the dispensers are always empty. The only redeeming quality is the squat racks, equipment, and steam room. Other than that, I suggest you find a smaller gym. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend…

Marc is an awesome Cycling and Zumba instructor. I was so saddened when I realized he no longer teaches zumba, BUT The cycling class taught by him is the most fun I’ve ever had in an exercise class. Although you have to work very HARD, I still look forward to coming every Monday and Saturday. I would definitely come to the gym more often if he taught more classes, simply because when I leave his class I always feel AMAZING and I just feel like I had a tremendous work out.! I also see great weight loss results from the workout. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars ⭐️

UPDATE:This franchise participated in predatory practices and I will be lodging a formal complaint. It is absolute HELL to cancel this membership and they have charged my account upwards of $100 without a receipt or any itemized account for charges. A manager is NEVER on site for help. Now they are sending me an ADDITIONAL bill for $30 with threats for collections. All this for a $9 membership.Really loved the setup of the gym but they are currently out of paper towels for cleaning. Even worse; they’ve been out for weeks. Everybody is just walking around not wiping equipment🤮. Literally every cleaning station was empty with no acceptable alternatives . I was there for an hour and didn’t see ANYONE clean. I had to ask for a towel at the front desk so I could make sure my stations were clean. I really don’t know if i’ll be back.

Hands down the best facility in tally. Love the welcoming spirit from the staff and trainers. Sam is hands down one of the best trainers out there from making you feel welcomed in the gym to creating a plan that caters to your fitness goal while helping you achieve them. Highly recommend going

Parking is horrendous and poor customer service. The trainers are flaky and would either cancel right before the session or not show up. Cancelling my membership was a pain as it can't be canceled online or by phone. Two guys at the front desk refused to cancel it claiming they needed manager approval. I went back a couple of days later when two girls were at the desk and they said there was absolutely NO REASON for them to need a manager to cancel my membership. I gave stars for the group classes which were decent. Otis' classes and the HIIT class were the best, in my opinion. Otherwise, this was the worst experience I've had from a gym.

Gym has tons of machines, which is why I joined. There’s no waiting around to use a machine. My concern is the bathroom, nasty and gross. Every single visit I have met an unkept bathroom. The toilets are not cleaned (I mean waste splatter from both holes in and on top the seats) and toilet paper on the floors. I work out and clean the machines, but I refuse touch their bathrooms. I dress and shower at my house. I go to Planet Fitness if there’s errands I need to run after the gym. I never met a nasty bathroom with them at either location and I’ve been going there since they opened years ago.

Crunch has been great since they opened. The facility is HUGE & has, what seems like, endless equipment & classes galore! Jordan and Sam have been amazing trainers as well. Wish their sauna was a steam room, but other than that, it’s a top notch gym!

Joined the gym in March. The space is big and has great machines. The front desk staff is always phenomenal. Hunter and Jose in particular always greet everyone warmly and are on top of members’ needs. Only issue is crowding between 4-8. All in all though, great facility in Tallahassee.

I love the gym equipment!!! Best gym equipment and options in town. It is so crowded at times. I know it's good for business but it's annoying to have to wait for almost every piece of equipment. Also, the class times are horrible. Wish they had classes earlier than 5:30pm!! I recommend this gym all the time. I'm sure once the newness wears off, it will thin out some. Fingers crossed!
