I joined Crunch for their group fitness classes, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, when my financial situation took a turn, I needed to cancel my membership. I came into the franchise location in person and signed cancellation docs on 6/20/22 and was told that after 1 more payment, my membership would be cancelled effective 7/22/22. I agreed to this and signed all documents. I have proof of final payment in the form of a receipt and bank statement as well as copies of cancellation form that I signed at the gym. Now I am being called daily by the 3rd party Crunch uses to collect membership fees. They claim I need to update my information and pay them for August fees. I refused and told them I cancelled back in June. They are now harrassing me and telling me that they will keep calling to collect and that fees will continue to accrue until I give them a new credit card to charge. I called the gym to speak to a manager. I was told I would get a call back. I did not. I went in person to the gym first thing today and waited and waited for the manager to arrive. Finally, I was told that he would not be in the gym until later and they took a detailed messaged and PROMISED me a call back TODAY. Well, its 4pm and I still haven't gotten a call back...shocker. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR PAYMENT INFO! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM if you think you will ever have to cancel for any reason. My only saving grace in this situation is that my debit card on file expired the month after I cancelled. Otherwise, they would just be STEALING from me every month without remorse. They can call all they want, they can send me to collections over this fraudulent fee, but I would rather spend thousands on a lawyer than pay these crooks. I sincerely wanted to rejoin when my finances were worked out until all of this. I will NEVER go back and I will tell every single person I know not to join Crunch Fitness.

I was really excited for this gym when it opened. Had high hopes, but was extremely disappointed after a few weeks. They need to focus on cleaning more. The bathrooms are honestly disgusting all the time and the same mess will be there for days. They pride themselves on being one of the cleanest facilities but fail to ever have the paper towels and cleaning bottles stocked for members to use for machines. One time I went and asked the front desk for a towel or something to wipe down the bench and the guy offered me toilet paper. Not kidding. Also, I was extremely disappointed with the child care. They allow too many kids in there and allow them to do whatever they want. Each time my daughter went into the child care she was hurt (one time pushed to the floor, another time got her hair pulled by a boy. Each time she had cried.) I was never contacted by the employees working in there at the time, and didn’t find out till later when my daughter told me about it. I contacted the club twice and both me and my husband had a long talk with the guy who answered the phone. A manger never reached out to us to resolve the issue even though we were told each time someone would.

Great gym if you plan on going there forever and never cancelling. I have the premium membership - supposed to be “cancel anytime” but that isn’t the case. I have moved out of state and have been trying for a month now, but have not been able to cancel. Every time I call, I only talk with a student who cannot answer my questions and just says to email the manager. Well, the manager doesn’t answer emails. The one time I actually used this gym, it was full of students using every piece of equipment. I assumed it was more family friendly since there is a kids area- but it’s usually closed. So disappointing.

I don't know why people seem to be having issues with this gym... First off, the bathrooms are always clean. The lady who cleans the women's bathroom is ALWAYS there in the mornings, she does a great job. There are tons of classes available at all times of the day, from early morning to evening. And the instructors are awesome!I always see people wiping down machines after use. There have occasionally been times where the paper towels run out, but if you just let someone know, they restock it. Not difficult.Yes, it's busy. It's new, and it's pretty close to both college campuses. I avoid peak hours and never go after 12pm. I agree that parking can be difficult, but people's poor driving skills have nothing to do with the gym, that's just silly.Overall, I am very pleased with this gym, and I'm happy they're here. Their child care team is very sweet, and my toddler loves hanging out there.

The facility is nice but the parking lot atrocious!Everyday the parking lot is filthy doesn't look like it's been cleaned in years. Same with the landscaping.

Really love the classes here, the instructors are very informed and interactive they make it fun espcially Mr.Otis he is the best. Kyle who handles the kids crunch area is amazing with the kids and has such an awesome personality. They also have a lot of things included in some memberships like tanning (even spray tan) and massage chairs. It stays pretty busy but with large areas and multiple machines it never feels crowded which is nice. If you're looking for a gym or looking to switch to a new gym I recommend Crunch fitness for sure.

I had really high hopes for this gym and it's been disappointing these first 5 months that they've been open. To name a few- no paper towels or spray to wipe down machines. it's unsanitary especially with the current situation. Broken soap dispensers in the bathroom for a while. Many machines that have been broken for months: hip abductor/adductor, seated leg curl, prone leg curl, kneeling leg curl, standing calf raises, assisted pull ups, and I think a few more. I think it's absurd that a brand new gym can't get their equipment repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Their priority should be safety and maintaining this new facility but that doesn't seem to be a concern for the staff.

Pretty cool gym. It can get a little packed out during peak hours and it seems like they're having some issues with members practicing proper gym etiquette.. "People please re-rack your weights and return all equipment to the condition you found it"
