Changing my 5 star review to 1 star because they're super flaw when it comes to cancelling your membership. I moved. I literally cannot use this gym anymore. I started with this gym when they opened, and this is how they treat me lol.... I had a balance on my account so I went to pay it and they said a manger would call me in 2 days to cancel the membership. They swipe my card and said they couldn't print my receipt (red flag). The manager indeed called me but said that there was STILL a balance on my account and that I had to come into the gym to cancel my membership. Been there done that. Horrible customer service. Predatory rats that are money hungry. Terrible people- wouldn't recommend based on that principle. Great gym though if you're used to being screwed over financially.

Crunch fitness is my favorite gym to go to, However I’ve come across nothing but disrespect with the manager Kevin. Ive been a member for about three months, I invited my siblings to come workout with me and didn’t know their free trial was up. Instead of Kevin kindly explaining to us what was going on he got so angry; he wouldn’t let me or my siblings finish my sentence, and gave off bad energy. We had to talk to another manager Dylan. Who was more respectful. I almost cancelled my membership, but I can’t let one person stop me even if it’s a manager. Kevin, I hope in the future you don’t take your personal problems out on employees. With despair in my heart, I will workout at home. But come back again tomorrow hoping for a better attitude, approach, and a awesome workout!

Three have been multiple times where I showed up early and no one was there to open the gym. Also the adductor machine has been broken for months and no one cares.

Horrible customer service! ! I work at a student housing complex and I’ve called for 3 weeks straight to get a proposal for my corporate office. The manager never returns my calls or email. At this point it looks like I’m not doing my job.I’ll be glad to take my companies business elsewhere in Tallahassee! Don’t waste your time trying to contact anyone you’ll never get an answer!

Hidden fees, card surcharges per transaction, if you want to cancel your membership YOU NEED 4 WEEK PRIOR NOTICE, its all designed to get as much money from you in the most skechy way for you to not realize it. Please, Im never coming back here, and I encourage everyone to not do it either. RESEARCH ALL THEIR FEES AS THEY DONT CHARGE WHAT THEY MAKE YOU BELIEVE.

Membership automatically renews. The agreement is written strangely because there is no end date. If the charge clears, then your membership renews infinitely and you have to come in person or send a physical letter to cancel. Really wild stuff! This is not one you can cancel with RocketMoney/TrueBill. You've been warned.

The Tallahassee Crunch location is an absolute trash can of a gym. I’ve been going for about 6 months now and can genuinely say it is dirty and hostile. Some of the issues I’ve seen include: a shattered mirror that’s never been fixed, consistently no soap in the bathrooms, machines that are constantly broken, a sauna that isn't hot and smells like mold, and a staff that genuinely does not care.There is nothing wrong with the monthly price as it is around $10 a month, but if you are in Tallahassee and need a gym I would look elsewhere. Save yourself from the bad experience.
