An amazing looking gym, well equipped and very inviting environment. When I first applied here a worker by the name Max was very helpful and very kind throughout the process! Looking forward to my new gym!

Max, helped me at the register. He was very knowledgeable and personable. This gym has everything you need. I enjoy kettlebells and they have some over 110LBs which you don’t find in many gyms. Great setup all around.

Big gym and has all the necessary equipment. I love the cycling classes especially the ones with Marc. Parking is kind of crazy though so come with enough time to snag a space.

The one star is entirely due to the fact that they continued to charge my card for membership fees 2 months AFTER I cancelled. This was in June. It's November, and I've yet to see any refund.UPDATE: I've changed my rating to 3 stars due to the quick response I received from management. Thank you John and Andrew for your help in getting my refund!

I really want to like this gym and keep going, but it's been going downhill the last few months. It's dirty, the gym floor and the women's bathroom. Very overcrowded. Equipment is left out all over the gym. There have been multiple times when the cleaning stations were out of spray or paper towels. I'm hoping things change and get back to how it was the first few months they were open.

Johnny is truly the best trainer I have ever had! I’ve been training with him since March of last year and i have lost over 30 pounds and over all feeling very fit and healthy again. He is very enthusiastic, motivational, and always pushed my to achieve my body goals. Not only does he go very in depth with explaining the workouts, but he makes his workouts fun instead of seeming like a task. I just recently retired from his program but I’m taking all of the the knowledge and skills that he has taught me and implementing them into my daily workouts.

The gym has a great selection of equipment and a good variety of free weights. The gym could definitely be cleaner and lots of clutter from weights getting scattered all over the gym from people not reracking their weights. Also, avoid the hours right after work, it gets packed. I was doing db bench press and some college kid walked right into my arm in the middle of a press...

My only 2 gripes with this place are Crunch Kids & class rules. I really think someone older or more experienced needs to be in the room with the kids. At any given time, the employees inside (look like college students) are conversing w/one another & not paying attention to the kids/not maintaining safety. My kids get hurt by other kids so often they're to the point that I have banned them from coming with me, though it's included in my monthly payment. They let the kids run inside/throw things, etc. it's ridiculous. PLEASE get ppl who really know how to control children in those positions. The only person I love there is the young, shirt white guy with the dark hair and glasses. Then, also with my monthly price I get access to certain classes. Those classes are off limits to those who don't have the same plan, but the instructors will allow anyone to come join if they ask, regardless of their plan.If this is going to be the case, why am I paying more a month? What is the point? We need to all pay $10 then

The equipment is neat and up to date. Most of the machines are beginner friendly. I had an issue with one of my services that was dealt with fairly quickly afterwards. The instructors and trainers are well knowledgeable on their exercises and classes. The staff, overall, is friendly and happy to help you with any issues. If you frequent the gym in the afternoon, be wary of the college students that take a large space as guests to the facility. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the higher membership options.
