Equipment is cheap to start with. For such a huge gym, space is used very very poorly. Half the Machines do not target what they say they do. Only reason I went, was because my private gym was closed for the week. Also barely any shoulder machines and variations, would not recommend to anybody serious in lifting or fitness. Definitely with how crowded it is at anytime of the day.

Went into the facility 3 months ago to cancel my my membership due to moving away from the area. Gave the front desk worker my name and phone number upon request and he said I was all set.All was well until recently when I see that Crunch has still been charging me each month for the membership. I called and they said that since the staff member who was supposed to terminate my membership never filled out a cancelation form(i.e never even made an effort to cancel my membership), there was nothing they could do in terms of reimbursing any charges.Doesn't feel good to be punished financially due to the negligence of Crunch customer service.

The gym itself is lovely. Machines are great, space is decent, and they have a ton of wonderful amenities like group classes, a sauna, and childcare. The staff are kind, I only had a slightly bad experience with one of them having an attitude once. The parking is kind of annoying and it is mostly college kids. If all of the below didn't exist, I'd give the gym 4.5 stars. However, keep an eye on their extra fees that they don't tell you about like the credit card fee. They kept overcharging me the card fee 2 months after I switched it to my bank. I was promised multiple times that they would refund these overcharges, but they never did. Do NOT come here if you cannot commit to a full year of membership. You "can" cancel anytime, BUT they will keep charging you long after you cancel your membership. I will acknowledge that I do not think this is the fault of this particular gym, but the way the whole model is set up with the interaction between Corporate and the franchise. I canceled my membership properly in June and they continued to charge me in July, August, and September. I went in person to sort this out multiple times, all with promises they'd fix it... only for them to charge me again the next month. It is impossible to get big corporate Crunch involved, so you have to hope the gym works with you. It took months of emailing management, getting my bank involved, and having a lawyer draft legal documents for them to finally fix their mistake and refund me. As of October, I haven't been charged, so fingers crossed that this is officially over with. While I appreciate the reply, if you noticed, I said I switched it to my bank, so you all never drew from my CC at all but still charging me as if you were. In case it wasn't clear: before Crunch ever charged me, I had already come into the gym and switched the CC to an ACH. I was then charged the CC fee despite it being paid from ACH. The explanation I was given was that because the initial contract included my CC, and the CC fee, a manager had to manually adjust it to take it off. This eventually happened after two months, but I was never refunded the extra charges.

Crunch fitness is easily one of the best gyms I have been to. I love the amount of machines to work out on. There is a great mix of cardio and weight machines. Along with that I love to use the sauna and hydro massage bed after a workout ! I also think the staff is amazing and super helpful. I will recommend Crunch to everyone I looking to improve themselves!

Always insanely crowded. Even at 6 or 12 am. I have tried to work out on multiple occasions and have ended up just leaving because there were such long lines for everything and I didn’t have the time to wait. On top of that, weights and equipment are never put away, plates are all mixed up throughout the gym making it super difficult to get anything done. Multiple machines are out of order every time I go. Super fed up with it, I won’t be renewing my membership. You get what you pay for for sure, I’d invest somewhere else nicer if you’re able to.

It's a good gym. It gets busy at the times you would expect, but it's a large gym with a large parking lot, and lots of equipment, large locker rooms with a sauna and many events/things to do. People are mostly friendly and mind themselves. They offer pretty much everything you would want in a gym. Lots of people come in pairs or groups; again, making it a busy gym. Go at times when the crowd is thin and it becomes more pleasing. Please consider doing 24/7!

Nothing beats the feeling of a sauna and a shower after a killer workout. I go here everyday sometimes in the morning and most of the times around 10pm it's always lively but there is plenty of equipment for everyone. I have never once had a negative interaction here with staff or other customers. Pretty pricy sure but it's worth it for the 24 hours of amazing equipment and fabulous people

By far the best gym in Tallahassee in terms to membership options, multiple machines and equipments, hours, cleanliness, inclusivity, and free stuff!! I recommend Crunch to all my friends who are looking for a gym any chance I get. Thanks Crunch.

Absolutely abysmal. Don’t even think about getting a membership here because getting out of it is a nightmare. They continually charge me over and over AFTER I had cancelled my memberhsip in person. Not to mention, I had to call them about 10 times to be able to get a manager to actually do anything. Then I finally get a refund processed, and even after the refund, they charged me back what I had refunded!!! It’s comical how terrible they are and are clearly a scam. Not worth the trouble.
