Great environment and experience!

Prices are well above value. It is definitely a price point that will marginalize middle class workers and low-income practitioners. No options for yogi following the fundamentals. No karmi yoga to help out people who want to practice but cannot afford the astronomical rate. They Offer a free class that bring euro-centric/colonizing religion into a “community yoga” class. 😭No showers, even though their monthly fee reflects these amenities. 😭Great teachers. Great aesthetic. Lacking in yogi integrity or even a balance. This is still the best option in Tulsa; next to yoga quest. It really sucks that Tulsa couldn’t shine light on Yoga and what it actually means to the world.

I went to the yoga class at Maggie's and absolutely loved it! I have friends who go to Salt and have always said great things! I will definitely be back! :)

Salt feels like my safe space. I can virtually leave my troubles at the door and choose whether to take them with me when I go. I can often leave them behind after being in the space of genuine warmth and goodness. I am talking about more than the temperature of the heated room. Salt Yoga, including the owner, teachers, and fellow practitioners, is extraordinary.

I don't give 5 stars easily, but so far I'm very impressed with the cleanliness of the space and equipment and the competency of the instructors. Great classes and a great location. The variety is awesome. I felt very welcomed and encouraged. I also felt very encouraged to walk my own yoga journey and not just do every little ridiculous thing the instructors ask. This stuff isn't easy for everyone. It was nice to know they understood and gave me support to push myself but not to break myself. Thank everyone there. I'll be completing the Thirty!I have but one tiny gripe, I wish the space/studio was a tad bigger. Maybe that would mean they'd simply have more students haha. But it can feel cramped if the class is full. If not, it's a great size. My guess is hot yoga takes a lot of energy, much bigger and it would cost a fortune to heat. Either way. Thanks for understanding this and doing your part to help. 5/5 would recommend.

Ashlee’s class was just what I needed to get recharged and ready for the day. Great instruction, loved her music choice, very calming, helpful, and loved the heat and sweat!
