we came here a bachelorette party and accidentally took one of the hardest classes, but it was great! we worked with kerri edwards and she was fabulous! very very helpful and kind! everyone in the class was so kind as well! i will highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Last Tuesday was my first yoga class Ever and I was Super nervous! The yoga instructor wasVery professional and Super nice. The atmosphere was dim, calm and quiet.. what you would expect from a yoga class. It was Amazing and I felt So relaxed leaving, I had also noticed my back didn't hurt afterward which was a plus. My Best Friend and I have a schedule now. Definitely recommend to Anyone.

Staff is very friendly and Zen! Instructors are amazing!!! Very clear when leading, willing to help you, suggesting poses for all levels and that makes me feel confident and comfortable

Location was prime - atmosphere was very relaxing.They had everything you would ever need for a successful class.Suggesting bringing a sweat towel for face / mat - water bottle!You sweat!Wonderful class with music and upbeat instructor.The close out with cold towel was my favorite part!Thank you so much! I will be back!

Studio nice and clean. Mats, blankets, and other equipment available if needed. Instructors were nice and easy to follow. Probably one of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in awhile! Highly recommend!!

Salt yoga strengthens your core, heat tolerance, flexibility, and mind with an atmosphere that pushes you but is welcoming.Instructors are excellent.Gym is very well maintained and very clean. Also, the gym includes a water machine and dressing rooms.Overall, I would recommend salt yoga to anyone. Great practice. Namaste 🥷💪

The expertise, energy & fun the instructors bring to their classes is unmatched. The Salt Merch is on point and the community within the studio is just one of the things that keeps me coming back. I also value each instructor taking time getting to know their students.
