This is by far the best hot yoga studio in town! The instructors are top notch and very knowledgeable. I really like both studios but the Utica location is much smaller than the South location. I've attended both and they are always clean which is important to me. My whole family attends classes here and I would recommend to all ages. Another perk is that they offer free mats to use along with blocks, blankets and towels.

SALT has a relaxing, calm, and beautiful environment. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I love doing Holy Yoga - it's a gentle way to exercise that is reflective and worshipful. :)

Love is a strong word reserved for the most important people and experiences in our lives. For example I love my wife, I love my children, I love QuikTrip. (You know you do), and I LOVE going to Salt Yoga. This is my first review and I am writing this one because it needs to happen. It is one of the only ways I have in my power to be authentic and honest in showing my gratitude and appreciation for a group of people in Tulsa and what it has meant to me and my family to spend time with them. This is the SINGLE GREATEST gift of health and vitality I have experienced. I was in the USMC and I broke my pelvis in three places, I have curved neck, two cracked vertebra along with a list of other problems. Pain for years was a significant experience and influence in my life. The greatest relief from pain, the greatest flexibility and sense of presence in the moment has come from going to SALT. They worked very hard to get an ideal mix of a class environment with the intimacy and effectiveness of one on one training. I was amazed when I started to realize that the ladies there know EVERYONE on a first name basis and it is so easy to see that their concern and interest in each person they visit with is real. Everything you do there, they make easy. Want to enroll...Done, buy something...done...have a questions....done...they make they entire experience fast and easy. Every transaction is actually enjoyable. It is clear to see that these professional are passionate about what they do. The team work/ family environment is real. Honestly I could break this Google review limit ranting and raving about each and every one of the people you meet there, and I could go on and on about what it is like being around such dignified feminine and powerful woman, the grace, poise and character is breathtaking and inspiring. I love knowing that my wife is going and who she is around. The difference for her has been transformative. We usually think the word feminine and powerful cannot go together but they do, and they do so beautifully. It is dream come true to see that combination come to life in my wife. When I can tell that she admires herself, appreciates herself and her body more, and gets stronger by the day. I can see how she embraces her femininity more, and lets it shine. She is healthier, and more conscious of her health and her body, more aware and intentional about what she eats and how she carries herself. I have three little girls and it was inspiring and empowering to see such an incredible group of woman, and have such an incredible example of strong feminine power. Yoga is so much more than just getting bendy and stretchy, it is about character, presence, focus, peace, self respect, unity, and more. The founders of Yoga put so much effort in to building a first rate organization and the team there walk it out and make it real every single day. I go every single day that I can get myself there. I have to. I am drawn to it. I feel so much better after having gone. I can feel the difference when I don't go. For me it was the single greatest release from pain and the greatest sense of restored power and control over my body I have ever known. I cannot, in this life time say enough good things about the team at Salt Yoga. This to me is more than some vague anonymous review for the sake of a review, but a very personal thank you to an incredible group of beings I am very grateful for.
