I recently attended class at SALT and was warmly welcomed at the front desk. Class was excellent and modification suggestions were shared. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing but encourages hard work. I was even nicely thanked for coming as I left. I do love taking classes here.

I had a hard time finding the studio, it was close to the time of when the session was starting. I called in and the person who answered (sorry forgot your name) she was so nice so patient with me, came outside of the studio to flag me down. I felt so at ease when she checked me in. There was so much love and acceptance. She wasn't flustered like I was because the class was late. I felt at home. The class was full so by the time I came in the owner had made a spot for me and placed a mat. The best feeling every. Thank you This is far from my home, but because the energy and welcome I received I will make the drive to take class here.

Everything here is amazing. Clients, Staff, Facility... Gold Standard Customer Service! You can tell that SALT has established a sustainable culture focused on people and wellness. Kerry, the studio manager is one of a kind and so is the owner. I totally love this place!

This spot is so much fun and the atmosphere is great. The instructor was wonderful as well. Overall, such a great experience and would definitely recommend!

I’m new to doing yoga in a class setting and they made me feel welcome! Everyone is nice and nonjudgmental. Very helpful as well! As for the workout, I have never sweat so much in my life! I felt amazing walking out of there!!

SALT is unlike any other studio I have visited. All of the instructors have been terrific (yet, individually unique). The community is outstanding--warm and welcoming. I could not recommend SALT more.
