Keri is a great instructor - tough, clear, and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere, and the app is easy and informative.

I’ve been saying it for years: there’s something very special about Salt. The yoga is challenging and fun but the it’s the culture, the instructors, and the owner that keep me coming back. I love Salt and I’m forever grateful to know such wonderful people. I leave Salt in such a wonderful mood every single time.

I have been attending SALT studio since they opened. The community feel of the studio and the welcoming atmosphere make it my happy place. The instructors are all fantastic and each add a unique flair to the classes. The friends I have made there make SALT my extended family.

Very competent staff and instructors. I drive 150 mikes round trip as often as I can, since there’s nothing comparable in my area.

SALT Yoga is a tranquil environment in which to explore your individual vinyasa practice. I love the heated studio: it facilitates the potential to achieve deeper and more lavish stretches; the gentle offering of pose modifications encourages self-love, in addition to helping the beginner or out of practice yogi not to feel self-conscious—overall, promoting a safer and healthier practice. Whether you have an avid, everyday practice, or have never done yoga, SALT 🧂 is your studio. #SweatItOut

I was a first time visitor at Salt. I have been doing some basic yoga stretching for a little less than 2 years and this was my first true yoga class at a studio. I did the hot yoga class. The studio is cute but small and a little cramped just to fit as many people as possible in a class. The instructor was very nice and did a great job. I would not recommed the hot yoga class if you are a beginner though. There were some moves I was not familiar with and parts of the class were very fast paced so it was hard for me to keep up even with having some previous experience. All in all, I still enjoyed the class and will be trying it out a few more times in the future.
