This place is a scam! I move over 2 years ago and I am still getting charged for a membership I have asked multiple times to cancel. Their voicemailbox is always full and they never answer their phone. The corporate customer support number on their website is not an active number. If you get luck and they respond a week later when submitting a complaint through the website, they insist you have to come in person to cancel. I am located many states away so this is not possible.

The new employee who wears the grey shirt with the carrot top hair IS RUDE AND ONLY ACKNOWLEDGES ONE SKIN COMPLEXION AT THE FRONT DESK. I once bought a drink and he spoke not one word during the interaction besides “card on file” and before I said yes, he walked away and resumed something on the opposite side without saying you can sign, have a great day nothing! Other occasions I could’ve stolen the drink because of how disengaged he was but an employee that came in to workout rung me up one one occasion and on others I just paid for it on my way out after drinking it! He’a definitely not front desk material but at this location, that’s not surprising!

Always gross. Dust everywhere, and there hasn’t been paper towels to clean up after ourselves in a week. If it wasn’t open 24 hours I’d rate one star

Cheap gym, but too many machines & equipment broken, & bathrooms are consistently dirty / stopped up for multiple days

Great gym, rarely have to wait on equipment. Bathrooms are usually dirty and under supplied, other than that couldn’t ask for more

Absolutely filthy, hydro beds are always down. Trash is always overflowing, no hand sanitizer, no sanitizer in spray bottles to clean the equipment, bathrooms are always dirty. Will come back to add pictures.

Hopefully Crunch isn’t becoming one of “those” gyms. (The gyms where lack of money or care leads to disrepair) Walk in the front door. One of the two entrance/exit doors is not working. Go to get a massage chair. None are working. Nbd. Go to get a tan. Tanning room #2. I quickly see why they want you to wear goggles. There’s enough dust on the top of the clamshell to put your eye out. Stereo speaker also not working. Went to do a quick treadmill workout. First treadmill. Not working. Find one that works and finish. Go to put my stuff in the cubbies for a steam post workout. 99% of them are open and stuck in the lock position, making it super easy for a would be thief to just look for the one or two that are locked to break into and steal my iPhone and earbuds. Go to steam room. Door shuts so hard that it’s only matter of time before the glass breaks. Attention to the details will make or break a business. Cmon Crunch. Let’s get it together! It’s a beautiful gym I love going to! EDIT 1/30/23 as much as I appreciate your smug comment(it’s a sauna). Perhaps you can put as much energy into fixing the gym than responding in such a way
