Attention to those with disabilities. The manager made me feel really uncomfortable and embarrassed about my disability. Folks with disabilities don’t have to explain into detail about what it is or why you have them. I was treated like someone of ill repute. I’m so sad! I’ve been all over to all different kinds of PF’s and never had a problem. The young lady at the front did apologize is why I give 2 stars.

Preston is extremely rude, unfriendly, and when I asked him if I could use two of the amenities that are in the back, he says, "yes" then he doesn't turn them on. I have to go looking for him to ask if he could please turn on the amenity, once I finally found him. However, he is no where to be found, but one of the male customers asked me if I needed help looking for him/Preston and I said, "yes please." Even though Preston knew I was waiting for him to turn on the amenity he took a long time. I always go to the gym the days and times that are the loneliest, and that was a Sunday night that this occurred. I could understand if he was busy with other customers, but I was the only one at that moment and time for a long time asking to use the two amenities. That is the whole purpose of why I'm paying for the gym membership it is because of the amenities.As of right now, the majority of humans are overwhelmed with business, because of prices going up everywhere that now people have to work two jobs or longer hours at their jobs to be able to survive life's basic necessities. Therefore, whenever we go to the gym we want to finally relax, and receive good customer service, but that is not the case with Preston. In the past, Preston provided a sweetheart facade in front of other employees, but when he is by himself he does not provide that sweetheart tiny voice and amicable face. Instead he responds with an attitude, and as if it were an issue that we are requesting to use the amenities we are already paying to use. Not just that when we go to the gym we want to relax from all the stress of all the responsibilities in this world to come to someone who will only make the environment more stressful. This is not the first time Preston does this to me, and that is why I'm reporting it now, because I don't think it's fair that if the owner of this gym loses any customers, and perhaps the owner not being aware of one of the reasons why customers are choosing to leave.On the other hand, the night shift worker his name I believe starts with an A, Alfonso. He is extremely sweet, benevolent, and has great customer service skills. He is always smiling and I don't have to struggle to use an amenity when he is around. Also, the Caucasian male who works during the day I cannot recall his name also, because I only saw him twice he goes beyond what is expected of him to provide the best customer service. I believe PF recently hired a new young Caucasian lady too who works during night shift and she is extremely kind too, and she makes sure customers are being heard and assisted. She displays compassion and cares about the customers. I don't know if there are other employees who also deserve recognition, but by far the ones who I have encountered during the afternoon and night have all provided great customer service except for one individual (Preston), which makes a difference, because now I don't want to go to the gym when Preston is around.

I really do like this Planet Fitness. Its always clean, staff is always cleaning something. The staff is super friendly.... when they actually pay attention haha. Mainly if the front desk tweak just being more aware of their surroundings. If a customer is standing at the counter trying to make eye contact or have to get your attention by waving and/or by saying "Excuse me" then need to work on customer experience. But all in all I always go back and will continue to. 😊

Yo this place is so motivating, i love the equipment and it's not soo busy. There plenty of room so it doesn't feel clustered and what i love most is the TV monitors on the treadmills.

Didn't even make ot through the door. Paid for a black card membership. Wanted a tour of the place was not gonna work out at all not even dressed to work out.. was denied because I had my 3 yr old with me. Was told they do not allow anyone younger then 13 in. I explained I was just wanting a tour as I just signed up. They denied me so I told them to cancel my membership then. They refuse to cancel it even though I already have canceled the auto draft at my bank they set up.

Super friendly and loved the location! They let me do a 24 hour guest pass and it worked out well.
