Local gym with college age demographic clientele. Basic membership includes shower privilege. Best time to go (least busy) 1am-4am.

I used to like going here and I just signed back up because I'm working in town again but it's clear whoever owns this one is not putting money back into it. Its a shame but it's all we have on this side of town

I don’t understand hows theres big signs in the building saying and explaining that if your a black card member your guest has the same privileges as you for example the message chair and etc but the workers say that there only allowed to go back there once so I explained why do yall have a big sign that says that they can?!

Clean and plenty of well-maintained equipment. The staff is friendly and professional. Can't beat the member fees. PF has everything that I need in a fitness center.

We have been in three times to cancel our membership and the employees do not know how. Today we waited for over an hour for someone to come cancel the membership and then they did not know how. It’s inconvenient location and bad customer service is the reason for canceling.

Always enjoy coming here. Everyone is friendly, I feel comfortable working out and love the judge free aspect. Have been able to make great progress here as well!

Kyler, Jonathan, Austin, James and the entire team at Planet Fitness Tyler are friendly, efficient, hardworking, and fun! They keep the place spotless and keep the tanning area moving so you don’t have to wait to get a bed. When they aren’t at the desk, they are cleaning something. It is always clean, fresh and bright in there. I love this place! 👍👏😊
