Do not give them your banking information! This Planet Fitness lied to me about cancelling my membership.I was moving a few months ago so called to cancel my membership.The guy I spoke with said I had to come in-person (a lie) to cancel my membership, so I came in-person and cancelled.Come to find out several months later and they're still charging me. I called them again today, absolutely irate. The girl on the phone "cancelled" it (again) over the phone no visit necessary, apparently.Gym equipment itself wasn't the worst. Just will never trust a Planet Fitness again.Edit 1: They DO allow for phone cancellations and I have the email to prove it. You just have to be very upset on the phone.Edit 2: I requested a refund and was told I had to contact the parent company ABC Fitness. I contacted ABC but they said I actually need a special submission from this gym's manager. But now, when I call this PF they aren't picking up. I've tried calling this planet fitness for days but they won't pick up my number and no call back after leaving voicemails.

This is a great gym, especially for working out in the morning. I'm usually there between 7:00 to 9: 00 am. There are not a lot of members working out there at that time. It is clean. Plenty of weight selection. There are always plenty of cardio machines open that you can get on. I would definitely recommend this gym to a friend or yourself.

Great to be back in the gym and enjoyed this gym. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I don't really like gyms, but planet fitness is a great place for everyone looking to hit the gym.

I would have given a 5 stars but the elevator doesn't work so those of us with mobility issues struggle to get in and out of the gym

Clean and open 24 hours. Friendly staff and good selection of equipment. One of my favorite gyms

I just joined today, but it looks pretty good. None of the people that you see in Gold's gym, just normal people wanting to shed the quarantine 15.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym is spacious and clean. It is newer so the equipment is very modern.

First off the young guy that was helping us was very un professional not with me but with 2 other customers that had walked up and all I was trying to do was Sign up my daughter This guy kept saying I'm not here to fight you I'm here to help and gave these other random customers attitude I think jmo he had something going on with his attitude I don't know if hes having a bad day but very very unprofessional gave me a bad taste in my mouth about this gym ..

They are very unprofessional, in terms of their charges. They have no idea how to run their books, or pay attention to details. To everyone with a membership, check your bank statements, they may be hitting you with fees and extra charges without you even knowing it!!!
